This Villa is a newly built 4 bedroom/4 bathroom exclusive villa. This traditional stone built villa is set in a quiet area amidst vineyards and orange groves, offering beautiful views across a wide river and distant hills.Peristerona is a traditional Cypriot village located at a 10 minutes drive from the seaside town Polis Chrysochous and a 40 minutes drive from Pafos and Pafos International Airport. This picturesque mountain village is famous for its efforts to maintain the beauty and the traditions of Cyprus.

The spacious, fully air-conditioned open-plan living/dining area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and working fireplace and large dining table. The luxury kitchen with hand-made cabinets and granite work surfaces provides all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave.

Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor - one double with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with an adjacent luxury bathroom featuring a jacuzzi corner bath.

Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a seperate dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite full bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto the large, furnished upper terrace from where you can admire the panoramic views over the citrus groves, vineyards and rolling countryside. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, en-suite shower room, and access to the upper terrace.

Outside, the large, private 10m x 5 m swimming pool with walk-in steps takes pride of place in the paved sun terrace. There is a lawned garden to the side, 8 sunbeds, ample umbrellas, and table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Reached via a flight of steps from the pool area is a separate games room/gymnasium, with a pool table and gym equipment.

Air-conditioning and central heating is fitted throughout the villa, including all bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen and the games room. The pool can also be heated during the cooler months.


Around and About
Peristerona village is a beautiful small village, located in a semi-mountainous region on the base of the Troodos mountains and at about 300m above the sea level. It is about 8 km south of Polis Town and is easily accessible nowadays. The village has beautiful views to the sea[Chrysochous Bay] and Polis&Akamas area. Also the nearby [2km] Evretou Dam can be seen from some Peristerona locations.


Peristerona derives its name from the word peristeri –meaning pigeon. Years ago there were thousands of pigeons living in the nearby spectacular "gorge of the eagles" which can be visited today for excellent photography.
The local economy is primarily agricultural and there are many small farm holdings still apparent.

Peristerona is always a very green village due to the lush vegetation, and like most of the Polis area, is spectacular in the winter and spring months, and ideal for artists and photographers and people who like hiking.
