“The Terrace Apartment” is situated in a charming period farmhouse very close to the centre of Rome and to Saint Peter. It’s the ideal place for a gorgeous roman stay. The apartment is a one floor apartment (whitout lift), and is very luxurious and well-finished even in details. It has a double bed room, a lounge whit a double sofa bed, fire place and dining room, a kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave, the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, in the living room there is the TV, a bathroom has a shower. The apartment has a beautiful terrace 40sq. meters each.

In the apartment you will find a large selection of guide books in different languages, booklets and maps provided by the Tourist Office of Rome.
At the arrival you will find in the kitchen a welcome pack with pasta, tomato sauce, olive oil, milk, coffee, marmalade and other items for your first dinner and breakfast.
