Very happy with the property. Exactly as described and very queit location. Bit out of the way and a good drive to shops/beaches but we enjoyed our stay

This villa exceeded all our expectations. The 4 of us arrived very worn out after a very busy week in Orlando, at Disney and Universal. This villa was just what we needed. We have stayed in this area before so knew what to expect. Peace, quiet and relaxation. Just a 20 min drive to the nearest beach and 30-40 mins to some other beautiful ones. Lots of really good restaurants nearby, and not forgetting a beautiful well looked after house to stay in. There are lots of nice extras included, games to play, books, pool toys, tea and coffee, and condiments to use. We only had one problem, the pool was too warm when we arrived, but a quick call to the managing agent sorted this! One recommendation is to have a sat nav. The Rotunda is very confusing to navigate, especially in the dark! Only wish we could stay longer.

The property was spotlessly clean and very well presented and the location was very quiet and peaceful. Supermarkets are a few minutes drive away, with shopping malls a little further afield. A selec tion of restaurants in the vicinity.

Had a wonderful stay at our Rotonda 3 bedroom villa. The house came as advertised and was well stocked with various amenities to help us through our week.
The local golf courses are good value for money, Boca Grande makes for a nice day trip, local restaurants are close and make for very good eating. For those that like to shop, the one hour drive to Miromar outlet mall is well worth the excursion!
While the house is on the outer reaches of Rotonda, those looking for a quiet place to relax in the sun will find this home to be an ideal get away. Didnt see too much wildlife, although, we had a friendly armadillo dro p by most days.

An excellent property, long drive from the airport but nice and quiet area.Lots of ammenities nearby and a good time was had by all...

Hi Babs, We thought the villa was great Hannah really loved the pool not to big not too small! We hope to return later in the year so fingers crossed the villa will be available when we get dates. We visited the rotunda several times now your villa was the cleanest and the most comfortable sitting area we have had.

Babs, We loved your home – we stayed at the end of October 2008. It was absolutely perfect for us, quiet, near the golf course, near enough to some lovely beaches and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Beautifully decorated. Swimming pool was lovely, there didn’t appear to be anyone staying next door and with three boys, (nice but noisy), it was nice not to have neighbours too close by. A perfect ‘get away from it all’ holiday.
