I had a really great time in this villa! Everything that I expected!!!
Obviously there is just one bad thing about it... Grass hopper! And this would have been a terrible fact!
But otherwise, the staff was really king and cool. I will definitivemy recommand this villa

Beautiful villa, so nice away from the over populated sunny beach. This place was so perfect for us, a family of 6, it was very private and relaxing, and the resort next door was a nice added bonus too. Just tons of sun, pools, and beaches here. Great price for a luxury holiday, better than expected, you will not be dissapointed. The staff here is so helpful too, willing to go out of their way. This villa is located off a dirt road and a far walk to transit areas, so I would highly recoomend getting a rental car if staying here. It is perfect if you want to get away from the jammed hotels of sunny beach or any resort in this region for that matter, but not if you are not driving. If not planning to drive, stay in the beach resort. Thsi villa has a private pool that was thoroughly enjoyed by 3 kids, and had a nice view across feilds to the sea. The area is secure, great experience, would love to stay here again in the future.

This is a lovely villa, with everything that we expected. The site staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. the pool is cleaned and checked regularly, and the site manager pops in regularly to check everything is OK.
Unfortunately, the weather was unpredictable, which meant high winds were not "pool friendly", and the track to the nearby resort complex became impassible during or after rain. But this was obviously beyond the control of the villa owners, but the provision of internet, Playstation etc made it little more than a minor inconvenience.
The location of the villa was ideal for us, isolated enough to have privacy and peace, but close enough to the beach, shops etc to make frequent trips easy. The villa is very clean, with plenty of sunloungers, cushions etc for a large family. The kitchen was particularly good, with everything you could possibly need, including microwave, coffee machine, and plenty of tools and gadgets. All in all, we had a wonderful time, and would urge anyone considering a quiet holiday with the ability to have everything you need within a few minutes drive to consider this villa

We arrived at the villa in the early hours of the morning and the security officer escorted me to the villa to ensure I could access the villa. The Villa itself beat my expectations the surroundings where exactly as described by the owner and she kept me well informed at all times of changes in management and the closure of the hotel complex.
We found that the complex staff were more than eager to help us with our needs and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. We found that our towels and linen were changed every third day and we were always asked when would best suit us for this to be done, in addition to this we always had a supply of towels within the linen cupboard that we could easily access in emergencies. I suppose were luckier than most and knew our way about but Im sure if that hadnt have been the case Bira and the rest of the staff would have been more than happy to help.
I can only say thank you for the opportunity and I look forward to my return next year.

The villa itself was beautiful and very well maintained by friendly and attentive staff. There are a couple of points I need to mention however: When we first arrived we were given a the wrong key by the guard. He gave us an alternative key - for the property next door! (which, obviously, didnt fit either). He then called Bistra, the manager, who finally came with the master key. All in all this took well over an hour, with us sitting on the doorstep late at night with 2 very young children. Bistra gave us the master key and despite saying she would be back in the morning with a new key, we didnt see her for 3 days. We felt rather uneasy about having the master key for all that time and felt it was not appropriate.
We were disappointed to find the Hotel was closed during our stay as this was one of our main reasons for booking this villa. We did have use of one pool and cafe, however the larger pool, pool bar and any other restaurants on site were not accessible. Given this huge hotel was virtually completely shut it all felt quite eerie and was not a place we felt comfortable - quite disappointing for us, and we felt it was slightly misleading to advertise the villa as being on the site of a 5 star hotel .
Generally the villa was very well equipped - however there were a few difficulties and we would like to point these out for future reference there was no written information of any kind on where to find supermarkets, interesting places to go, and what to do in case of an emergency, such as a medical need. We didnt find the supermarkets at Pomerie till our last day and had been convinced that Bulgaria ran on corner shops till that point! Half a loo roll for 6 people was perhaps an underestimate as well, and a tea towel would have been useful!
The villa itself was lovely and we had a great holiday - just a shame we felt let down over a few aspects.

A beautiful villa in a lovely, quiet location. The resort of sunny beach is about 15 mins drive away and has everything you need for a great hoiiday. hiring a car makes getting around much easier.

The Villa we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, incredibly well decorated, finished and equiped - even down to the playstation for the tv! The pool area was lovely too, and very quiet and private.
The area was lovely and peaceful, perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday, but perhaps not so good for those wanting shops/restaurants within walking distance. Although saying that, we could easily walk down the road to the hotel complex and use their facilities which were lovely. The hotel restaurant did suprisingly good food, and the pools were lovely. However, when the hotel is fully open to the public, which it isnt at the moment as its not quite finished, I fear that the pools and restaurant will be far too crowded.
We were very well looked after, from our airport pickup onwards, including being given our own personal local taxi driver who ensured we were looked after - if not by him personally then by members of his family!
Overall we had a lovely relaxing holiday, and would definitely recommend this villa to a friend.
