I highly recommend the Fotinos cave house to anyone staying in Oia, Santorini. Perfect location, close to everything. Great sunset view on a private deck. Fotinos arranged a ride for us to pick us up at the ferry port and take us to the house. There he met us to give us the keys and show us around (even after our ferry was late and we didnt arrive until 3am!). Great place, wish we could have stayed longer!

This is just such a charming little cave house, with the most fabulous views. My daughter and I lived here very comfortably for two weeks at Easter 2010 - I can recommend low season - the weather was perfect. Fortinos and his wife are so welcoming and took very good care of us - the fresh flowers were a lovely touch too. All this and Mr George and his wife as neighbours - fab. Oia has so much more to offer than sunsets - move in for a week or two - rest, explore, relax.

This house is in a fantastic location and has gorgeous caldera and sunset views. The house has two bedrooms and a small kitchen that worked great for our family of four. It is conveniently located by the Oia castle and is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the bus station. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Oia!!

Absolutely, the fotinos houses has the best view of Oia's sunset, the ocean and the island. The house is in the central part of Oia, but is very quiet and without disturbing. It appears on such a lot of beautiful photos and post cards, which means the location is impeccable. We live in the family cave house, clean and comfortable. The host and hostess are friendly and kindly enough. Comparing with other houses or hotels in Oia, it's worth living. I'll recommend this house to all my friends who might live in Oia.

the best summer holiday of our lives
3 nights at Fotinos Houses is simply not enough! The location of the hotel is close to perfection. The view from the window or just step out onto the front porch is breathtaking, whether its in the morning, afternoon, or night. The place is kept impeccably clean by the owners, and the Fotinos are one of the most hospitable people we've met in our years of travelling. I am very sure the next time I go to Santorini, i would stay in the Fotinos Houses again, and i highly recommend this place to everyone. Theres no regrets, except that we wished we had more time in Santorini. =)

We Loved the House!
Our family really loved staying at Fotinos Houses. We enjoyed the great location with caldera and suset views. We spent many hours reading and relaxing on the balcony looking at Thirassia, Ammoudi and the Oia castle. We highly recommend staying at Fotinos Houses!!!!
