This stunning 4 bed villa to rent is located in the new development of Palm Ridge, Golf Del Sur, Tenerife. No expense has been spared in giving this villa the luxury tag it deserves.

For those with young children cots, highchairs and stair gates are available. This villa has been made totally child friendly.

The villa even has its own private roof terrace for those who like to sunbathe and enjoy the sea / golf course views.

Palm Ridge is a brand new complex of luxury Tenerife villas and this is probably the best available on the rental market. The villas share a communal pool.

Situated on the border of Golf Del Sur and Amarilla Golf and Country Club, and with all amenities within waking distance this is a perfect Tenerife villa to rent for golfers, families or larger groups.

Once you arrive you will see that everything is within walking distance. a 2 min walk takes you to a supermarket, a handful of restaurants and a lively bar showing sport by the day and having entertainment in the evening.

In the Golf Del Sur resort centre you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!

A short walk from your villa takes you to the new marina that separate Golf Del Sur and Amarilla Golf, where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

For the avid golfer you have views from the roof terrace into the 27 hole golf course at Golf Del Sur in one direction and are within walking distance of the 18 hole course at Amarilla too!!

The accommodation

Lounge & Kitchen: The living room is beautifully furnished with leather sofas, high quality dining room table and chairs, and various ornaments. It has a 37 inch LCD TV with BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4 and CH5.

Kitchen : The kitchen is immaculate and brand new. It consists of an oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave and is fully equipped.

Bedrooms:
Master: King size bed and ensuite.
2nd and 3rd bedrooms have link beds (can be double or 2 x twin beds)
4th bedroom has two single beds.
Apart from the ensuite there are two other bathrooms.

Baby accesories: 2 x cots, 2 x highchairs, stairgate all free of charge.

Roof terrace: Private sunbathing, sea and golf course views.

Ground floor terrace: Synthetic grass, sun beds, tables, chairs. Plenty of sunshine in a safe and secure environment. Great for kids.

Location: 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car).

Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack can be included consisting of tea, coffee, water, mik and sugar. Towels and linen change weekly.
