We had a very enjoyable stay and have only excellent things to say of both staff members looking after us, the cook and the house manager, Hayat . Small things which would help inside the house would be separate beds at least in a couple of the rooms instead of doubles(cosy for couples but too cosy for just friends!!) and a good reading light in the living room wifi was not available but we understand this is being worked upon.TV was not a priority for us but there were few channels available.Something which does need to be worked on is the arrangement with taxis : we frequently had to wait because they were late and this is no fun late at night with children or in high temperatures on the other hand the shuttle bus worked beautifully, although it should be compulsory for them to have air conditioning particularly in the summer months. Overall , very happy memories with the positives greatly outweighing the negatives.

This villa is absolutely stunning. The staff are incredible and are extremely helpful. Omar the site manager was always on hand to book taxis, make recommendations and ensure we had an amazing stay. Our maid Fatima was lovely and the home cooked food in our villa was delicious. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Although a 30 minute drive from the centre, taxis are easily booked at a reasonable price, and its nice to be able to relax during the day away from the crowds. Marrakech is a vibrant city with something for everyone. I will be returning for a 3rd time!

Beautiful villa in a quiet location. Excellent staff on site. The fully inclusive option is highly recommended if you want to sample the true taste of Morocco. Would definately return but possibly at a different time of year as August was very hot!

The villa was outstanding, as was the quality of the meals that were prepared for us. Would have been easier if the staffs English had been a little better.

"My family and I, including four children enjoyed a fabulous New Year in this villa. From start to finish the service and accommodation was excellent.
The villa is beautifully furnished and Layla (our maid!) lit tiny candle every night to enhance the magical atmosphere. It was very private and a truely relaxing and indulengent treat.
We are all vegetarians and the food freshly cooked in our own kitchen daily surpassed our expectations. It was so fresh, making the most of local ingredients and beautifully presented.
We used the shuttle service into the city centre and it was very efficient. We also hired a driver and land cruiser to explore the Zat valley. This was great, a lot off road and off the tourist map. We visited an olive press, caves, rode mules and shopped in a local market. We also had a fabulous meal in an old prison with great views. Very memorable.
We thought the villa and compound provided a fantastic retreat from busy Marrakesh and the staff were very charming and helpful. With four young children we could dip into the cultural exposures of the medina but also stay in a totally relaxing environment.
My only moan is that the heated pool was not warm enough in Dec/Jan - 23 degrees. The children braved it! I also think we had good weather but I believe the weeks either side of our holiday were poor. This is something to bear in mind travelling at that time.
Overall the holiday was good value for money, especially if you can pick up cheap flights and we would recommend it. I would stay there again.

It is a very beautiful place and the maid (Leila) and cook were just wonderful, look after us really well and we enjoyed some fantastic food. The Moroccan wine was not too bad as well!
Marrakech is a great place, with the obligatory trips around the souqs etc. Again, we had some great meals there. We took a guided trip up the Ourika valley and it was most enjoyable and such beautiful scenery. We even went up to see the first of the waterfalls at Setti Fatima - despite the snow and ice and lack of good footwear - great fun.
It has been a great intro to Morocco and we are already thinking about a possible road trip holiday from the north of the country to Marrakech, taking in the Rif Mts, Fez etc. But i think we might go a bit later in the year when the the weather has settled a bit, April/May time porbably. Might be some time before we do it, but for now we can dream about it at least!
Anyway, many thanks for all your help and advice that allowed us to have such an enjoyable break. I would definitely recommend your villa to anyone else who is thinking about a holiday in Morocco!

The villa was fantastic. Having a young family, being outside of the medina suited us fine and the villa was in a wonderful peacful secure location. Having a well kept garden and pool was wonderful, and the weather in late October was absolutely perfect for us. The villa is beautifully deocrated and kept, and the housekeeper and staff attended to our every need. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay. We can't wait for our next visit.

Review Title "Great Villa...Tranquil Location"
"Brilliant villa...very spacious with lovely Moroccan design features. Very safe, friendly staff and nicely located about 10kms out of town. Very nice being close to the city (about a 15ᆨ min drive) but being in the peace and quiet of a more rural location".

Villa and staff were very high quality. Villa was situated in a slightly remote area so if you want peace and tranquility with the ability to access lively evenings then this is ideal.
You will however need to work around the free shuttle or organise lifts (which we did as the shuttle is every couple of hours) - around £30 return trip.
Villa very clean but did suffer from lack of water on occassions.
If you want a good guide ask Phillipe for Mohammad - he is excellent. One or two of the others were very expensive and not overly hospitable!
Mohammad will ensure you get to the best restaurants and make the most of your stay.
A good time was had by all - a big thank you to all the staff at the villa.

A very beautiful and well presented villa, all the staff were charming and attentive to all our needs, the villa looks much better in real life. Great for the kids, a wonderful place to relax or use as a base camp, the food that we had prepared for us was fantastic a good taste of Moroccan life. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality.

A really nice relaxing break at a very run villa. We enjoyed this long weekend as it was great to relax after a busy day in the Medina. The riad style villa is furnished well and we took full advantage of the full time maid / chef for breakfast and dinner although we did eat out on a couple of nights as well so it was very flexible .Would like to go for longer next time as really did not see everything that we wanted too as we spent far too much time by the pool ! 2009
