We were very fortunate to stay in this property for 4 weeks in August and it was just like been home from home. The Villa was clean and had everything you could ask for. Even in August we still had the pool to ourselves some mornings.
We opted not to hire a car and didnt find this a problem. Like the description and other reviews say just a 4 minute stroll away is Aldi and a small selec tion of bars/eating places. If you are wanting to go that bit further i.e. Cabo Roig/Villamartin we used the local taxis and it was around 10 Euro each way.
All in all I would highly recommened this villa and hope to visit again next year.

I stayed in the villa in july and enjoyed my stay although the villa sleeps 6 but only has a 4 persons dinning table in side, i would reccomend there being an extra sofa as again it only seated a maximum of 4. The roof top terrace is very good but poorly furnished as its plastic furniture and i found 1 of the chairs snapped. The bathrooms are wonderful and so is the air con maschines in all the rooms, the pool is lovely and quiet and nice and relaxing, local bars and resturants are good and i could reccomend alfies bar for the quiz !! I would reccomend you book a car as it is needed as the area is very remote but a very good and pleaent saty

A beautiful house built and furnished to a very high standard. Plenty of local bars and restaurants, and beaches only 5 minutes drive away. We would definatley return

We have had a fantastic time at your villa, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and wanted to make it our home for 2 weeks. Plenty of inside and outside space for us 4. Pool was great, the kids made some new friends and on some afternoons we had it all to ourselves. We had been to this area before so we knew that a car was required so we had a car for our full 2 weeks and travelled all over, we loved "Horadada" lovely spanish town with many great restaurants we spent many evenings there. Will definately be returning to this great villa, thanks James.
PS I think you should put a mirror in the main upstairs bedroom.

Just returned from a 2 week stay....lovely villa with superb facilities and excellent outside space. Everything was spotlessly clean(thank you Janet and Eddie). We loved the pool, so close to the house, and there were several times we had it to ourselves which was a bonus.
Found all we needed at the Aldi, and spent many happy hours at the Dubliner and Alfies Bar.
Loved the area, and took advantage of local taxis to get to the beach, strip, and La Fuente

We had a really fantastic holiday in this villa. The description and photographs were extremely accurate and accommodated 6 adults very comfortably. The shared pool was a 30 second walk away as was never very busy. Overall a fantastic property and I would definitely recommend this to others.

This was a fantastic villa in a relatively convenient location. Jan and Eddie picked us from the airport for the reasonable fee listed and were friendly and welcoming, showing us around the property and offering to help us in any way needed. The local Aldi supplied everything we needed for the week. Additionally, there were many nice restaurants within 5 minutes so if you intend to eat out there is plenty to choose from. Jan and Eddie also took us to the Aquopolis water park for a fee of €25 which was more convenient and cheaper for us than taxis because there were 5 in our party.
The water park was okay but not excellent with a limited choice of rides and high prices. (€22 entry each, €4.90 for a locker + €2 deposit and around €9 + €2 deposit to hire an inflatable ring, although the latter are available to borrow on some rides). I would also recommend you taking your own food and drinks because of the high prices and limited choice of fast food.
The villa was immaculately clean and provided everything we needed including a full kitchen and the three large bedrooms. The gated pool was also excellent and wonderfully quiet and included a shallow childrens area.
However, the villa did contain fewer towels than were convenient (one towel and one hand towel each) and lacked seating space inside. The living room could only sit 4 (at a stretch- we were comfortable enough with each others company to squeeze in), as did the dining table. However, there was ample room and seating outside and on the roof terrace. Additionally, there were only 4 sun loungers which was slightly annoying considering this villa can easily sleep 6.
If you intend to visit the beach or main strip it is best to hire a car or taxi. We tried walking but the lack of pavements and dangerous roads meant it wasnt worth the risk. We, however, found there was little need to travel this far because the local amenities were all we needed.
This is a fantastic villa and my party and I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed in the Villa 9th June 2011 for a week every thing was perfect ,from being met at the airport by Eddie&Janet to living in the Villa.It had every thing we required,it was beautiful and very clean and in a nice location near to shops and bars and the strip only 5mins away by taxi.We had a great week relaxing and enjoying the weather,i would recommend it to friends and family and i will be goning back again as we had a great time,thanks for a great holiday.

We stayed in this villa in July 2010, it was excellent.
Met at the airport by Eddie the property manager who was very helpfull and pleasant, good communication prior to and during the holiday. Initial opinion on arrival was better than expected. Very high standard of vill, spacious, clean, well positioned. Good facilities. Safe to live in with alarm, shutters etc. pool very clean, well looked after. On the whole fantastic holiday.
Would recommend the property , owner, property manager to anyone. Nice area, adequate facilities close by, local town 5 mins away in a taxi.. 10 out of 10 overall. will return. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.
