Budget and a nice house. House cleaning service and tower changing 4 days is not enough. If the house can offer daily maid service and would be much excellent.

We stayed at this villa for 10 days and found everything to be up to a very good standard. The Swimming Pool is great and almost a private pool as no one else seemed to use it during our stay.
The hosts are also very helpful and always around if there is an issue.
As others remark, the villa is in Huay Yai a fair bit away from the main beaches. We didnt have a private car but there are Baht buses on Huay Yai Road regularly until 6 pm in the evenings.
We very much enjoyed our relaxing stay at the villa and would happily return.

Myself and my family had the most amazing time in Thailand, we enoyed every moment and loved returning to our beautiful villa with its fantastic pool. We were very impressed at the level to which the owners went to find us all the information we needed to make our day trips easy and painless. We loved eating out at the nearby bar and restaurant (PKs ) which offered great food and welcomed all the family, we cant wait to return.
