Apartment in villa grounds

The spacious apartment is set in the large grounds of a private villa.
The apartment could sleep 4 but we prefer to let it to 2 people so that they can have a larger degree of comfort and enjoy their holiday more.

The apartment is connected to the internet via WI-FI

The private terrace is a suntrap.

The bedroom contains a king size bed

The propery is well furnished with a 24 inch television, air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen with an oven and washing machine as well as the usual fixtures..

Tjere is a 6 metre by 5 metre pool which is used only by the tenants of the apartment and the ownars (who only use it occasionally).

The property is in a quiet country residential area, with easy access to the beautiful beaches of Barrosa, Sancti Petri and Novo Sancti Petri

Three major supermarkets (Mercadona, Supersol and Lidl are all within 5 minutes by car. and a multitude of restaurants and bars are the same distance or less.

The beaches are famous for the quality of surf and major internatioal cometitions are held at the beautiful beach of El Palmar which is 20 minutes by car

Inland you can be in the area of the Pueblo Blancos (white villages) in half an hour with there narrow streets old buildings and churches and interesting restaurants which are much more meat orientated than on the coast and many spacialise in game (venison, wild boar )

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
