Nice and quiet location. Clean and neat facility. Very nice local manager and owner, both are willing to help with all the requests.
Some problem with the water pressure, so taking a shower can become a bit challenging. No dishwasher in the kitchen (not a big deal, right?)
Great value for money. Definitely recommend this place.
Please note this is a duplex, so it can happen that another family is sharing a garden and pool area with you. Worth to check if the second half of the house is occupied during your planned stay.

This lovely property is located just a couple of miles south of the town of Lagoa in the Central Algarve.
It is perfectly located for sightseeing of all that the Algarve has to offer.
Located on a quiet no through road, there is no traffic noise.
The pool is well maintained, and there is no better way to spend an afternoon, except maybe on one of the nearby secluded beaches.
Whilst a car is essential, you need one to explore the area fully anyway. (I can highly recommend http://www.zitauto.co.uk A Ford Fiesta 115 euros for ten days with no deposit or excess)
Shops are just a few minutes away, selling everything that you will need during your stay, whilst the kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need.
The caretaker, who speaks excellent English, is only minutes away should you require assistance.
I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, it is excellent value for money. You will struggle to find better value.

we couldnt have wished for a better holiday.From the peaceful location,with stunning views,to the comfortable well equiped villa,and the help and information we recieved from the efficient and friendly manager . Roll on next year!!!

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location, easy to get to other places in surrounding area, would definitely visit again, overall exellent holiday

Description very good, A little remote but that was what we wanted. Need a car. Not good if you wanted to walk to a town at night. Swimming pool excellent and everything thst you could possibly want in the villa. Very clean and caretaker excellent. Very enjoyable holiday.
