My family (3 of us) had a very enjoyable stay at this house. The owners were very helpful and attentive when needed. The house is not too big but was fine for our needs and was clean and tidy. The village is picturesque and has some excellent restaurants and Amsterdam itself is easily accessible.

"Over the last 8 months, I’ve been very fortunate to live at Achterdijk 12, in the perfect village of Ouderkerk a/d Amstel. It’s been a great location to access Amsterdam and Amsterdam ZO but with a real village feel and way of life. The house is comfortable and well equipped to meet most people’s needs best of all has been the Vincent’s “nothing’s too much trouble” for even the smallest request for help or assistance. The Oude Smidse restaurant, only 20 m from the door, comes highly recommended too."
