It was clean and well located in Budapest. It is within walking distance of everything you would want to see. The apartment was charming and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Groceries and restaurants are close by. Shopping and sights are also convenient. Budapest itself is well worth visit if not to enjoy the architecture alone.
