The living room is 70sq m and has a Sony home entertainment system with 40 plasma TV, 30+ cable channels, ipod connection, DVD and CD player, sound system with surround sound and a PlayStation 2 with 20+ games. There are board games and books provided. Kettle, toaster & coffee maker. The villa is provided with 2 mobile phones using local pay as you go networks. This allows for easy and extremely cheap communication between your group. Private walled garden and pool. Feature shower under a coconut palm.
32 LCD TV in master bedroom with cable TV 30+ channels and a DVD player. TV and DVD player in the double bedroom. For your security there is a comprehensive alarm system, smoke detectors throughout the villa and a fire extinguisher. Enjoy meals outside in the Balinese style sala next to the BBQ area.

The master bedroom occupies the whole of the second storey and is en suite with an office area and private balcony overlooking the pool with stunning views and access to the large roof terrace and rooftop sala.
The two other bedrooms occupy the first floor and share a large balcony overlooking the pool with views of the surrounding forested mountains.
The 4th bedroom is a poolside studio with its own access from the garden. It has fully en suite facilities and cable TV & DVD etc.

The Local Area
Nai Harn, Ya Nui, Laem Kha, Rawai and Freedom beach are all within 5 - 10 minutes and are extremely beautiful and undeveloped, ideal for romantic walks, family picnics or just relaxing in peace after a heavy night!
They are a lot quieter than the package tour destinations of Kata, Karon and Patong though this is where one must go for jet skis, parascending and water skiing. Nai Harn provides the perfect place from which to dip in to these areas and also to explore the whole of Phuket. Thai massages are offered on Nai Harn beach, the ideal spot to relax in. People flock from all over Phuket to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink on Promthep cape, just next to Nai Harn beach.
There are a range of excellent local restaurants catering for every taste for very good Thai cuisine we recommend Rusean Thai.
This amazing self-catering three storey villa set in private grounds is just five minutes from the stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. With great local amenities and restaurants the villa is only 15 minutes from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 minutes away. There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity.
Ideal for families, couples or large groups, enjoy evening meals on the roof garden taking in the breathtaking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy.
The open plan living/dining area has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is luxuriously furnished throughout. There are four bedrooms, three en suite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other two bedrooms share.



Further Activities
Snorkeling and diving trips go from Rawai beach, 10 minutes from the villa. One can also hire a speedboat and go around the many uninhabited islands just off the coast. There is horse riding 10 minutes from the villa. One can hire sea kayaks or boats on Nai Harn beach, sailing lessons are also available. There are several local spas and health and beauty centres. There are ATV tours, elephant safaris and a snake show 10 minutes from the villa. On Nai Harn beach there is a monastery and about 20 minutes away is Wat Chalong Buddhist Temple. Excellent night life is not far with Kata, Karon and Patong 15 - 30 minutes away. There are also numerous small bars in the immediate area and two night clubs open til 6 am, these are liveliest in the high and mid seasons. Phuket has a number of high standard golf courses the closest one to the villa is Phuket Country Club golf course which is 20 minutes away. Fishing expeditions run from Rawai beach.
Phuket zoo is about 15 minutes away and there is also great shopping 20 minutes away in Central, or for local markets Karon and Kata have a good range of stalls selling everything from fake clothes to watches, cds, dvds and tourist souvenirs. There is great surfing to be had on Nai Harn beach at the end of the dry season and in the rainy season.
There is a large Muay Thai camp 5 minutes from the villa which attracts many foreigners wanting to come and train with local boxers. 1 Day training sessions are offered. Please contact us for a wide range of photos of the villa, views and the surrounding beaches.
