The house is very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is brilliant- a short walk to everything!! The pool was well kept and and really inviting in the 35 degrees heat! It was great that it was cleaned regularly throughout the week. The only suggestion I would make is- we arrived quite late, around 11pm but would have still liked to have gone out for a arrival drink/ light snack. However we forgot to print out a google map of the houses location so we had no idea which way to go and gave up in the end instead of wondering around in the dark! It would have been really helpful to have a little map of the propertys location at the house so we could have got our bearings. But its a minor point. We really enjoyed it and one week was definately not enough. Hope to be back next year! Thank you Paul and Linda!

Our stay at Villa KC was perfect! Fell in love with this villa and we had such a wonderful time. The location of the property is only 5 minutes walking distance from the shops, buses and the beach. The area is lovely and everyone we met were very welcoming and friendly. Lots of activities to do and we were picked up from the villa which made travel arrangements even easier.
The only problem we had was that we couldnt stay longer!!

We arrived at the property and it was just as in the pictures, It was a lovely little villa and around a 5 min walk away from the seafront which is full of bars and resturaunts.We had an excellent holiday in calis beach and would return there again staying at the same property it was very good value for money and located perfectly in reach of all bars resturaunts and the beach.

We stayed in this property last september (2011) and had a great time. The villa was lovely and clean and had everything we required. The outside space was excellent for sun bathing and al fresco living. We took advantage of the facilities offered by the hotel opposite and had a fantastic turkish bath and massage there on 2 occasions. We are hoping to book again for this September (2012), once I have my holiday dates confirmed.

Fantastic time in Turkey at Villa KC - we had great fun.
The location was great and the villa was fantastic - roomy, well kept and clean.
Will definately be back again.

Hello,
I would like to explain why i dont recommand this villa to my friend. In advance sorry for my poor english level.
The villa is like the photos, big, clean and nice. The villa is in Calis, near a market, near the beach, near restaurants. Good point for that.
Unfortunately, the problem is what is in front of the villa and the house on his left. In front on the villa there is an HOTEL (10m meter high). Every times the hotels customer have a direct view IN the villa, IN the pool. You can never be alone in this villa. Moreover, there is also the hotels music from 8h00 to 22h00. No silence between wake up and sleep.
The second problem is the house on the left of the villa. Tourists who live in the villa view also everytimes the people in the pool. There is a very little wall (1m meter high) to separate the 2 villas but thats it.
For us it was not the villa we want and the photos would be show what is on the left and what is on the front.
Sorry for the villas owner...

The property is pretty much as described and we did have a really good holiday there, great location,very quiet, local residents living near by and a 10 min leisurely walk to the lovely beach and Calis is so much cheaper to buy food and goods than Olu Deniz and Fethiye, however there were a couple of things that disappointed me with regards to the description. The first being the swimming pool which I would describe more as a plunge pool as I could do 5 strokes diagonally across it, also it is probably not far off 51/2 foot deep the whole length, I am almost six foot and had to tip toe, I think it is worth mentioning this in the description for those with young children or those not confident with water. The views from the property, the photograph shows open space at the front, which was Ideal as I did not want to be overlooked, so imagine my shock when we saw a 4 storey hotel right opposite with the worst live entertainment, and people sat staring at us from their balcony whilst the family were eating, however they didnt tend to hang around long, as I think they were as embarrassed as we were. The wasteland at the side and rear of the property with 5 foot high growth of weeds attracted some serious insects to the property, and somewhat killed my anticipation of the mountain views. My other disappointment was the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment, NOT THE FAULT OF THE OWNERS but the trust that has been left that the previous renters are expected to leave the kitchen equipment clean and functional, something which is not checked by the management company, so I did end up spending 2 hours cleaning everything following the disrespectful previous renters.Would I go again or recommend it, the answer would have to be possibly. PS I would have loved a coffee filter or caffetiere and air con in the living room!

Feel very lucky to have found this delightful villa it had everything we needed.Close to the beach and the town center.There is a very good supermarket at the bottom of the road which has a very good selec tion of fresh meat to cook on the BBQ for lunch.
This was our 3rd time in Calis, it is such a wonderful place and we hope to return in the near future.We would definitely return to this villa and wish the new owners all the best.

Lovely villa, very comfortable, a real ‘home from home’ Plenty to do in the area, would loved to have done more but ran out of time. We will be coming back.
