The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a garden, a east facing patio area (with heater), a east facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

This was a really well equipped villa with everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. Close to Ayia Napa and its superb beaches but far enough away not to be affected by all the hustle and bustle if you dont want it! It was easily spacious enough for my famiy and friends as a party of five. Really useful to have the extra shower room downstairs. Great pool . We loved it.

A very well appointed villa, good comfortable lounge/dining areas, three large double bedroooms. Upstairs & downstairs toilet and shower areas. Large enough pool area, privately cleaned every week. Great barbecue equipment. All the essentials for a well equipped villa holiday.
