Party of six adults spent two weeks at Villa Spice in October. Good value holiday. Excellent trips arranged by Mehmet, especially the 12 Island Boat Trip and Birds Nest Restaurant a must for your last night. Had a great time.

We had a great 2 weeks at Villa Spice. The Turkish people are friendly and hospitable and the fact that Dalaman is not a tourist area at all is a big plus for us though it might not be if you like lots of lively entertainment and nightlife. The villa is great, spacious and comfortable but unless you want to spend the whole of your holiday lazing by the pool, youll need a car. Mehmet can arrange this, hell dro p the car off at the villa for you. Gocek and Dalyan are both worth a visit. Turtle Beach is nice and the boat trip there from Dalyan is very pleasant. The water bus charges 10 TL for the return journey. Oludeniz is pretty with mountains and turquoise sea, but not suitable for families with young children. Best beach is at Sarigerme. Our holiday highlight was the 12 Island Boat Trip, fantastic day out and great value. We all had a fantastic time, our first visit to Turkey and we will definately be back. Thank you to everyone.

We had a great time at Villa Spice. It was a lovely villa, very spacious and surrounded by lots of green fields. The local people are very friendly. Places were easy to find. Mehmet was very helpful and generous with help and advice. I will certainly recommend the villa and the resort to my friends and colleagues. Hope to see you again.

Villa Spice was lovely, pretty basic but not dissapointing. We were shocked when we arrived as we were quite a way from towns etc. We do not hire a car when we are on holiday as local transport is usually good but in Dalaman there were no local Dolmus. That is the only thing wrong, you really do need a car here. Places to visit the manager Mehmet can organise everything:- must go to Akkaya restaurant, up in the trees birds nest style, great food and reasonable prices, what an experience. Dalyan superb hire the private boat for the mud baths and river trip to feed the turtles. Sairegerme beach is lovely there is a little town not many shops but enough and lush places to eat, we ate at Sairegerme restaurant lovely food and superb prices

We are home safe, flight good and we really enjoyed our holiday in Dalaman at Villa Spice. The customer service provided by yourself and Mehmet was excellent and could not be faulted. The only thing I think the villa lacks is internet connection, I know that wifi is available at bars and internet cafes, but it would be a good optional extra. Villa Spice offers a really comfortable base with the added benefit of a private pool. The locals are all very friendly and the local town can provide good money exchange rates and everything you need. A car will give you the opportunity to visit the many interesting and amazing animals that Turkey has to offer. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Nicky, Dave and Isabella xxx

We were a party of 8 and Villa Spice comfortably housed us all. It was furnished well and fully equipped - the washing machine was a godsend. We had a great time there and it was a good base for us to go off every day to do different things. The 12 Island boat tour was the best as was the Akkaya restaurant! The kids loved the pool and Leyla the dog who would come and spend time with them on the patio!

Villa Spice was an ideal base for us, plenty of space and well equipped. Pool is a godsend and we used it everyday. The 12 island boat trip was the best trip weve ever been on. Huge value for money, if you want to chill and sunbath up top, swim off the back of the boat (remember your snorkel) its simply fantastic, couple that with a family run boat of very nice people made for an unforgettable experience. Good places to eat are Botanic Gardens, La-Vie on Dalyan beachfront, Akkaya Gardens. All the locals and towns people are so friendly and relaxing, hospitable and kind, like no other country Ive been to! Its just a pleasure to be here. We had never been to Turkey before, but we leave it as our good friend, that we are already planning to come back and see as soon as October this year.

Although we have been many times to Turkey, we had never been to Dalaman before, I loved the peace & quite. We tried Cinar which is nice but pricey, Yosun and Akkaya Gardens to name a few of the must try restaurants. The villa is well fitted out and the pool is kept clean. We had a daily visit from the dogs, Layla and 2 others which my son named Pippin, Scrappy Do and Poppy the puppy. They love fresh water and the shade of the villa. If you have any hicups or queries just text Mehmet, he is quick at getting back to you and is very helpful. So our advice to guests is to relax and enjoy both what Turkey and the villa have to offer. Happy Holiday.

This was our third stay at villa spice, and we had a fantastic time. The villa is clean,well-equipped and simply wonderful. The attic level is a touch of luxury with wonderful views from the balcony. The outdoor space is just fantastic and we spent hours and hours in the fabulous pool . Thank you to Mehmet who organised restaurants, boat trips and hamams for us, nothing was a hassle. We will be returning for a fourth visit as we have fallen in love with villa spice and Dalaman. Karen,Jimmy,Murray and Sara. xx

I had booked this Villa for my Family’s Holiday, we rarely book villas so didn’t really know what to expect. The villa looked nice online and was a good price so we just went for it. Personally I think the Villa is in the best location, away from big tourist areas and surrounded by farm land, the locals were polite and the shops were only about 10 mins away by car. You do need a car for this villa if you plan on going out places further out of Dalaman. Mahemet is the Villa manager and was amazing, he met us at the villa when we first arrived and sorted out booking restaurants, day trips etc. The 12 island boat trip he organised was amazing. The villa is amazing and worth the money it was extremely clean, had amazing kitchen facilities, BBQ area etc and the pool was really good. The description of the villa was spot on and Tracy the owner was excellent with keeping in contact, if I asked a question there was a reply to it sitting in my inbox within 24 Hours. We were all looked after well and I would defiantly recommend this villa. Everything was perfect but I should mention it is slightly under the flight path for Dalaman airport (Its only 15/20 Mins away by car) you could hear a few planes every now and then but to be honest you only hear them if you try too. Also there are some religious prayers played from the Mosques every ware, including the one close to the Villa ... BUT my family and I didn’t mind them. Overall we couldn’t have hope for a better place.

This was our 3rd year in Dalaman and our 2nd year at Villa Spice and once again we had a wonderful time. The villa gave us all the comforts we needed and feels like home from home. We visited our usual restaurants the Yosun, Botanic and Ley Ley and the food was wonderful as usual. The one thing we love about Turkey is the fresh vegetables and fruit from the market, you can see they have been freshly picked in the morning and the flavours are so good, you can really tell the difference from the produce in our supermarkets which have been days being delivered and by the time you eat them the real flavours have sadly gone. We would recommend anyone wanting to really get away from it all and experience real life in Turkey to make the journey to Villa Spice, you wont be disappointed and of course you have the Therme Maris Spa on the door step if you want some pampering (massage, sauna, jacuzzi etc) the facilities are great with loads to do plus feeding the leather back turtles which is always fasinating for the children. You also have some great beaches to visit as well, basically all you could wish for. The last word of course goes to the villa managers who are absolutely great, they help in anyway they can to make your holiday memorable in every way and nothing is too much trouble for them, once again a very big thank you. Arrived on the 1st October. Had a really fantastic time. The villa was perfect for all 7of us ( 3 being kids ). Made full use of all the facilities that were there, especially the pool, the kids absolutely loved it. Made friends with some of the english neighbours and took full advantage of the car we hired for the 2 weeks. Anyone thinking of driving around themselves, it is an absolute must... the experience of Turkish driving is fab...lol !!! ( not without its hazards though !!! ). Mehmet was good, on the end of the phone day and night. Overall, this holiday was brilliant and would definately book again, wont be next year though, definately 2013 !!! Thanks Tracy for a lovely time.

The villa is beautiful and more than adequately equipped. The pool is awesome and we found everything we needed in the villa. We were a little further out than we had expected but thanks to Mehmet (villa manager) we had a brilliant holiday. We didnt have the experience to hire a car and Mehmet helped us every step of the way. He will happily text to save your phone bill and will try to check in with you to make sure you know whats around. Even though were "out in the sticks" theres lots to do still. We loved the 12 Island Boat Trip, daily boat from Dalyan and the markets are good for a barter. Mehmet and co have been brilliant in making our holiday fantastic and memorable. We leave with a friend in Turkey.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Spice. The villa itself was lovely and very well kept. We had some lovely meals and BBQs on the veranda. There were some great beaches and places to visit and Mehmet (villa manager) was great arranging trips and dinner reservations for us. Brilliantly relaxing holiday. Tracy (owner) has been fantastic and kept us informed at all times. We had a hassle free worry free trip from start to finish. Thanks

Our holiday at Villa Spice was the main ingredient of an excellent first holiday in Turkey. The villa,s location was rural ( proper turkey ), with good views of the hills and mountains surrounding Dalaman.Villa Spice had all that was promised as far as enjoyng your time their.Dalaman is 5 mins by car - which we recommend you do have for your stay here. All other destinations are within easy reach of the main Ortaca/Gocek road, which is also 5 mins from the villa. Mehmet , the villa manager is there at the end of a phone, make sure that you use him ( in the nicest possible way), for organising trips and restaurants pick- ups, although you can if you wish , you can arrive under your own steam , at anytime , and you will a get a table at most restaurants. Our Favourite was Botanik, also Akkaya Gardens is well worth a visit , but let them pick you up, it an experience! Dalyan , mudbaths and turtle beach, is well worth a visit , again let Mehmet organise, it will be cheaper. Gocek for 12 island boat trip, again Mehmet will arrange it cost us about £13 , including lunch for a 8 hour trip-bargain , and stunning scenery. Sarigerme beach is about 15-20 mins away, nice beach and shallow water for about the first 50yds. Sarigerme village is nice, lots of shops and restaurants. Olu Deniz is about 1 hr away from Villa, but well worth the drive. Para-Gliding a must from thre top of Badbag mountain ( 6500ft ), go with Gravity paragliding team , they are the best. The beach there is beautiful, and lots of shopping and restaurants. Dalaman market is on a Thursday , barter with the stall holders , they do expect it, and you will get a bargain. Villa spice suited our needs perfectly, nice pool to cool off in , and friendly neighbours all around. You are near the airport, and do get aircraft overhead, but you get used to them, but the dogs can be a bit noisy at night. Overall we really did enjoy our time at Villa Spice, and would consider staying their again. As already said , Mehmet the villa manger is there to help and organise, he changed our hire car , when we had a problem with it , within 1 day, and when the aircon in the lounge of the villa was stopped working he sent somebody out to fix ,within 15 mins, he is a STAR , use him , he will tell you that, he looked after us well. Thank you for all your help with our Holiday in Turkey, staying in Villa Spice. We had a great time, we visited Turtle Beach by boat from Dalyan. We had lovely meals in all restaurants we tried, with excellent service. LeyLey Restaurant was fantastic value and brilliant for the grandchildren. Akkaya Restuarant was so unique and such stunning scenery. We had a good flight, that arrived on time, we were met at airport and had hire car delivered next morning, as arranged, had a meeting with Mehmet (villa manager) who offered us advice, also to the point he even arranged a pizza delivery for us. Fantastic service! Overall we had a great time and will certainly be returning. Thanks again Ruth and Simon

Had a lovely time at Villa Spice. Very quite and relaxing although plenty of things to do just a short drive away. We went on the 12 Island Boat Trip- fantastic, Sarigerme Market had a lovely day haggling and they enjoy it to, very funny. Dalyan is beautiful had a lovely meal at Chef House and then a few bars. Many of the local restaurants offer free pick up as previously mentioned all being very nice meals. Botanic Gardens being our personal favourite, food was beautiful. We also went to Nar in Dalaman town centre and just around the corner there is a park and a few fair rides and bouncy castle for children. Other good restaurants were Cinar, Yosun and Palmiye. Weather has been fantastic in the 40s. Mehmet (villa manager) is lovely, just a phone call away to arrange any trips or for the restaurants to pick you up. All in all we had a fantastic 2 weeks and will be returning next year. Rawlings Family

Had a great time at Villa Spice, tried all the local restaurants - Nar, Palmiye, Botanic and Ley Ley, all good food and value for money. Especially Ley Ley for the entertainment (Mark won the Belly Dancing Competition). We can also recommend the 12 Island Boat Trip and Ikarus Restaurant in Gocek which is also worth a visit. We came to Dalaman for a relaxing family holiday and that is what we had. Mehmet (villa manager) is invaluable our "Mr Fix-it" Everyone has been really friendly. Thanks

We have just got back from a week at Villa Spice and had the most amazing time. The Villa is beautiful and as there was only 3 of us we had ample amount of room. The pool was a godsend as the weather was very, very hot. We decided not to hire a car but if you dont mind driving in Turkey then it is probably recommended. Memhet the villa Manager was great, he took us shopping on our first day and was great throughout our entire week. He organised the free local transfers to and from the restaurants for us and was on the other end of the phone if we needed anything at all. The main bedroom was an amazing size and the view from the balcony was great. I was shocked on the first night as the Mosques play a pray call at 5am which woke me every morning and they play it throughout the day also, can become a bit annoying but you just have to go with it. We had adopted 4 dogs by the end of the week who used to come and chill with us everyday on the veranda, they were so friendly and welcomed the human company which I dont think they are used to as most seem like strays, we had fell in love with all of them by the end of our week and just hope the next people in the Villa take good care of them. We can recommend Botanik Restaurant, the setting was lovely and the food very cheap and delicious and has free Wi-Fi. All in all we had a great holiday and Villa Spice was the perfect getaway for that relaxing holiday. We hope to visit again soon. Tami, Michelle & Sue 26th June - 3rd July 2011

Villa Spice was a perfect base for us, as we were able to drive to many lovely places. The places we visited during our 10 day stay were: Fethiye, Gocek, Sarigerme, Olu Deniz, Dalyan. The best sandy beach was Sarigerme, but the best beach for scenery was Olu Deniz. We enjoyed our trip down the river in Dalyan to get to Turtle Beach. Beware of the private boat trips they are expensive - we paid 10 lira each on the public boat taxi. We visited Cinar, Palmiye, Botanic and Yosun restaurants all were happy to collect us from Villa Spice and bring us home again for FREE. We can recommend the roast chicken in Dalaman for a cheap meal. Definitely worth a trip to Dalaman Market on a Thursday, we went twice and loved bartering. This was our first visit to Turkey and we had a fantastic time and we will definitely come back. Big thanks to Mehmet, he was very useful and like the Turkish "Mr Fix it" - anything you want he will do. Thanks Gill, Derek, Greg and Kelly

Our stay in Villa Spice was excellent, the villa is tastefully decorated and furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will defo be back next year as we still have more things to do and see as we enjoyed it relaxing by the pool so much we only went sightseeing every other day. Memhet is an absolute gem, nothing is ever too much trouble and he can arrange anything you want, from booking tables to river trips - thank you once again Memhet. The locals - both Turkish & British - are extremely helpful. We live in Cumbria but to sit on the balcony every morning, with a cup of tea in hand, and watch the locals take the cows to the fields for the day, and the return in the evening (lager in hand by then!!) take sime beating. We had the master bedroom at the top of the villa and it was like our own little world up there. Thank you once again and hope to see you next year.

We spent a fabulous week at Villa Spice, it was the perfect retreat away from the cold of the UK weather. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing out on the terrace, sipping coffee and watching the world go by. This is my third visit to Villa Spice and it just gets better with every visit!! The villa is just lovely, the master suite itself is fantastically well presented real luxury. The surrounding area is beautiful and offers a wide range of activities if you are feeling adventurous. On this visit I was happy to enjoy the hospitality at the many local restaurants offering excellent food and good value for money - Botanic Gardens Restaurant was especially worth a visit. I give Villa Spice a 5 star rating, I will definitely be back next year. Many thanks to Mehmet for all his help and usual fantastic hospitality.

Villa Spice was just what the doctor ordered, remote, real and relaxing. A car would have been great, but we decided to use the local buses, which are reliable and cheap, also its a good way to get to meet the locals and other like minded people. The villa is so spacetious and peaceful, watching the sun go down from the top balcony is a must with the calls of the mosque. Our neighbour was a real gent and friend, so glad to have met such a lovely man. Thank you to the local hosts who were a great help when we arrived and we enjoyed chatting to your for longer on our last day. Thanks to all Tracey and Adrian

Our family holiday at Villa Spice was super - the Villa had everything you needed and the accommodation was clean and smart. Having your very own pool was a bonus - and plenty of sunbeds - It was also great to have someone on hand to organise a car and places to eat and be at the end of a telephone if you needed any kind of help or information. All three of you made the holiday care free. We had a lovely time and look forward to seeing you all again. Thank you Dave and Joy

We stayed at Villa Spice for 1 week in September and it was lovely! The villa was very clean and had a really nice feel of luxury. The villa manager Memet was very helpful at arranging trips and restaurant pick ups. The villa is on the rural dust track side and you do see the odd cow and goat crossing over the fields, but it makes it feel more turkish. A hire car is a must. you can walk or arrange pick ups through Mehmet, but we found that we used the car alot. The surrounding towns of Gocek and Dalyan are a must to see and are around a half hour drive. Gocek is where the 12 island boat trip takes place and Dalyan is where most of the shops are.(make sure to have some cash ready for the designer bags and clothing) Cinar restaurant serves up lovely food and is not that far from the villa. Akkaya restaurant is a must to eat at, its abit more pricey-but well worth it because of the views. We feel the villa has everything you want from a holiday home and is quite central in going to see the other towns. Only me and my girlfriend stayed in the villa, but this villa would easily keep 8 people as the rooms are very large! So if your looking to travel to Turkey and want to stay somewhere that is very tidy, has everything you could want and central in going to visit other towns - I would pick villa spice. Thank you for a great stay. Vijay and Aimee.

My girlfriend and I spent a week at Villa Spice with a couple of friends, the villa was great, loads of space and wicked pool and terrace ideal for a BBQ and to chill out. Got to meet a few other people especially at Cinar Restaurant which seems to be a bit of a meeting point for tourists, good food and helpful. We would recommend the boat trip from Gocek and Sarigerme Beach good water sports. Brilliant time, villa is good for a group of friends hope to be back next year. Cheers

Villa Spice is perfect for a family holiday, the 8 of us had a great time. The villa is in a small community with several English people living near by, they are all very friendly and helpful. We were very comfortable in the villa and spent a lot of time on the pool to cool off, the large covered terrace is a real asset. We ate in most evenings but we did eat out at Cinar Restaurant which was exceptionally good. We wanted to relax and so didnt hire a car, but we arranged with Mehmet to visit many places such as Dalyan, Gocek and Sarigerme Beach - we would recommend visiting them all. The local markets are fantastic for getting some holiday bargains. It was great to see how Turkish people really live, we enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend a visit to Dalaman and Villa Spice. Thanks you from all of us.

Thank you for being so nice and helpful we had a lovely time at the villa. We liked the beaches, boat trips, water park, Kaykoy and Saklikent Gorge. The best restaurants are Palmiye and Nar. Thank you Emma, Daniel and Rebekka

This was our 2nd visit to villa spice and it was even better than we had remembered. We stayed two weeks this time and there was plenty to do in the Dalaman area. We had four kids aged 16-10yrs and they all had a fantastic time :-) The villa was beautiful and the top level was just luxury, we felt like royalty. Many thanks again to the Martins who ensured our stay was fantastic. Perfect hosts :-) We will be returning to villa spice and give it a rating of excellent !!

Thanks for a great week at Villa Spice, we all really enjoyed our stay, lovely clean villa with pool and plenty of shade from the sun on the large terrace. Dalaman is a rural town you can experience the real Turkey, the local people are friendly and helpful. You are in easy reach of lots of different places, we loved Sarigerme Beach and Dalyan. Great food at Cinar restaurant. We would recommend Dalaman and Villa Spice as places to visit.

This was our first visit to Turkey and Villa Spice was all we hoped it would be. So clean and comfortable and the outside space was invaluable. We spent all our time outside, the pool was wonderful. A car is a must and we were able to see a lot of the area, which is beautiful. We took the advice of the local hosts and visited local restaurants, loved Cinar - great atmosphere and Nar. Akkaya Gardens well worth a visit but a difficult drive at night. We did lunch and loved it. The fruit and veg market in Dalaman on Thursday is well worth a visit. The spa is also worth a visit. To the local hosts thank you for being there your attention to detail is amazing. A lovely restful holiday just what the young people in our party needed. Thank you.

It was incredible to experience the very undeveloped and non-tourist area of Dalaman. This is a typical Turkish working town. Couldnt even find a postcard to send home. A lot of tourist reviews that we read prior to our visit criticised the town, but we absolutely loved it. This is a true Turkish experience. I would say that a car is really useful here, Villa Spice is set in the middle of pomegranate orchards, but the local restaurants will come and pick you up and dro p you back - even stopping for you at the supermarket on the way home! The Villa itself is fabulous and so well equipped - even an electric juice squeezer for your oranges. The pool was a great bonus. Lovely surroundings with lots of local life - like the 2 cows being taken for a walk several times a day. There are still tourist type things to do. Dalyan Boat trip is a must, but we negotiated for our own boat rather than do the big boat. The Lycian Tombs blew me away. We also did the 12 island trip - which was stunning. Otherwise pottered about seeing what Turkey is really like. It is wonderful, the people so friendly, the knock out scenery, great food. The only thing to improve it would be a longer holiday!! The local hosts did everything to help us. A great idea to give us a drive around when we arrived to help us find our way around. Thank you for everything. It was so much "what the doctor ordered". We will certainly be returning next year, maybe sooner.

The advert for Villa Spice is very accurate it is a lovely villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday set in the rural Dalaman the proper Turkey but only 15 minutes transfer from the airport. We enjoyed every minute the help and advice given was indispensable meeting us at the villa and showing me and my extended family the various locations the following day was so helpful you do need to hire a car, we want to holiday in Dalaman again in 2011 and will be in contact soon. Thank you

Villa is great and has everything you need it is perfect if you like a quiet rural location surrounded by a mixture of mountains, farms and similar villas. A car is recommended since Dalaman centre is a few miles away and the nearest shop is 20 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants that are worth visiting but in particular Id suggest Camlik in Dalaman all restaurants nearby offer free transfers. The villa and nearby Dalaman is not a tourist resort so you actually feel like youre in Turkey and not surrounded by 100s of other British people. The two Martins and Mehmet were particularly helpful and gave lots of advice of things to do, we would like to extend our thanks to them.

We had a fantastic time and really couldnt have asked for more from our holiday. It was really relaxing and we felt so chilled out after only a couple of days! The villa is beautiful and although we enjoyed travelling round and getting to know the area, we also looked forward to getting home in the evening to relax on the balcony and watch the sun go down. The villa managers, were really helpful and friendly and made our holiday all the more special - thank you! 11 out of 10 for everything! Linda and Richard.

Our stay at Villa Spice was fantastic, a real gem. Was so glad I booked and it was really enjoyed and appreciated by three generations of our family which can be hard to do! Very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The villa had all amenities and we did not have to worry about leaving anything at home as all the additionals were at the villa to use. The neighbours were very friendly and hospitable as was Martin and Ali. All the sites were in easy reach and even the briefest of directions got you there safely, without any hiccups. I would definately recommend the villa and the experience and may well be back again soon!

We have enjoyed our stay in Dalaman at Villa Spice very much. Everyone is very friendly and Martin and Martin were our life savers during our problems with the ash cloud and being stranded with no flight!! We visited lots of interesting places and been to lots of different restaurants, our favourite being the Yosun and Cinar. We loved experiencing the true Turkish way of life here and although it took time for us to unwind from the stress of life back home, by the second week we were as laid back as the local people. Finally to Martin and Martin thank you so much for all your kindness and help. Lorna, Tony, Thomas, Kelly, Grace and Harry

Our feedback on Villa Spice is overwhelmingly positive. It was very good value for money, its quiet location suited us and the simple no-nonsense feel of Dalaman made it a very real experience. We greatly appreciated the personal guided tour on Day 1 and well spread the word about what a good time we had - thank you.

We loved our 2 weeks in Villa Spice, especially the new penthouse suite. Dalaman is a traditional place and still has a lot of Turkish traditions unlike many other towns which have become very touristy. A car is a must to truly see Turkey we visited Sarigerme Beach for a clean unpopulated beach. Also take a drive around Fethiye and Kayakoy to see ruins and a view you’ll never see again. Akakaya just north of Marmaris is worth a visit, you’ll see mountain springs running to the river which is crystal clear. You can get a 3 lira boat ride and see turtles and large fish. We found Dalaman the perfect hub to visit small towns and explore. Dalaman offers a Thursday market well worth a visit, you’ll never see so much fresh healthy fruit and veg. Dalaman has a lot of hidden secrets to explore, just take a stroll through the main high street. The hosts are very helpful and made us feel welcome straight off. I think it was a lovely touch of them to show us around Dalaman. The neighbours are all friendly and helpful. As for food we went to Nar and wasn’t disappointed it lives up to its reputation. Akkaya Garden Restaurant is worth a visit mainly for the scenery and drive. But for us, it was the natural food in the markets and unspoilt way of life. We highly recommend Villa Spice and are planning our next visit already. Thank you from Vijay, Jayna and Tanisha

We had a brilliant time here! We used Villa Spice as a base to explore the surrounding areas. Sarsala Beach is a must, go for the views through the mountains, crystal clear bay. We love Sigla Beach located between Gocek and Fethiye hidden away beach, best sunbeds, perfect sand and beautiful sea. Definately do the Dalyan boat trip and 12 Island Tour. Thanks for your guidance its outstanding! Villa Spice is ideally located for a family holiday. We would highly recommend a visit.

We stayed in Villa Spice for one week in September and we loved it. We have been back from Dalaman now for a week and we still have not got over our holiday blues! We were looking for something different, somewhere untouched by tourists, somewhere where we could totally relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. Villa Spice was certainly the place. We had no expectations of what it would be like, we just went with a good gut feeling after we had excellent corrospondance from the Villa managers. We were more than happy when we arrived and settled in very quickly. We found the Villa itself to be very comfortable and had everything we needed. We just wish we had brought more people as there was so much space! The pool was great. I dont know what I would have done without it as we had quite a few hot days. There were so many great things about the Villa. We loved where it was. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We had great neighbours too, very friendly. I would definitely recommend hiring a car, makes it that wee bit easier for getting to see the surrounding areas and going to the beach. Overall a fantastic holiday, one which we will never forget. We would definitely recommend this Villa if you are looking to escape. We will most certainly be coming back.

We stayed for 7 nights at Villa Spice. The villa was fully equipped with everything that we needed and was a great base to explore from. We had a great time in and around Dalaman and did loads of activities including paragliding, hired a private boat for the day, water sports and enjoyed the nearby beaches. The pool is located right next to the large covered terrace – perfect to take a break from the hot Turkish sun. The pool was great and kept clean throughout our stay. The local hosts couldn’t do enough to help. On the 1st day they took us around Dalaman providing advice and showing us places to visit and good local restaurants – food, value and hospitality were excellent! This was really helpful – Thank You. This is the real rural Turkey. What really made the holiday were the local people, they are really warm and friendly, worth visiting the Mosque in town to get to know the locals and the area. It’s a 5 minute drive to the centre of Dalaman where you can do the shopping, eat out at night or buy some ice cream! We’ve had a fantastic week in Turkey and will definitely come back. We recommend a visit to Dalaman and Villa Spice.

We booked last minute and were delighted with Villa Spice. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. We wanted a more rural, natural Turkiye, away from the more touristy resorts. Dalaman gave us just that, however we did our usual boat trips, hamams and market shopping as well because all were easy to access from Villa Spice’s location. The close proximity to the airport was a big bonus, no long transfers, but no real aircraft noise to speak off, certainly wasn’t a distraction to all the fun we had in the Villa pool. We had teenagers and younger children in our group and they all loved Villa Spice. All so impressed ...that we have just booked again for next year,... two weeks this time!! We give Villa Spice a rating of Excellent

We stayed at Villa Spice for 10 days and had a brilliant holiday. Weve never been on a villa holiday before, particularly because we thought that it would be very expensive, but it was actually a lot more affordable than some other types of holiday! It felt such a luxury to have our own pool to cool off in and the terrace was out of this world - it really was like having another large room outside, not to mention the fact that it was a fabulous retreat if the weather got too hot and it was lovely to sit and watch the sunset over the mountains with cool drink. The villa itself was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed for our visit. We found it perfect to stay in a nice quiet location away from the crowds but at the same time to have easy access to loads of different places. We hired a car and spent some great days out in Dalyan, Gocek from where we spent the whole day on the 12 island cruise, which is well worth the early start. Sarsala and Sarigerme Beaches are great and less than 15 mins drive from the villa. A definite advantage to Villa Spice was the contact we had with the property managers who were brilliant in helping us to arrange everything and were so happy to help if we needed advice about a restaurant or place to visit. Overall a really excellent holiday and we would definitely go back again!
