This property served our needs much as we hoped. The pull-out couch worked quite well for our two small children to sleep in. The lounge served as a third bedroom. However, there were a few negative aspects. The lighting in the bathrooms was inadequate, too much like a cave. We couldnt find a teapot or any written instructions for the appliances. In particular, we had trouble using the dryer part of the washer/dryer. Our previous experience in other self-catering accommodations in the UK has included a teapot and a book with written instructions.

This Canada Water flat has been our "home away from home" for the last three years. The flat is located in a relatively new, well-constructed building. The description of the flat, location and neighborhood are accurate and excellent and the pictures are current. The flat is spacious, well-maintained with a fully equipped kitchen, large bedroms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Having a washer/dryer in the flat is a definite plus for unexpected clothing problems. The building is quiet and safe with the Canada Water Jubilee Line Tube Station practically at the front door. Carlos, the owner, is extremely helpful and accommodating. Carlos and Maria, the housekeepers, insure that you arrive in a clean welcoming flat to begin your stay in London. When coming to London, we look nowhere else. A better flat in London would be hard to find.

Lappartement correspond parfaitement à la description, il est propre, confortable et agréable. Tout est fourni, linge de maison, lessive, liquide vaisselle, etc... Laccueil de Carlos et Maria est chaleureux. La proximité de la sortie de métro a fait que nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas à lappartement ce qui à 6 fait faire de sacrées économies ! Un grand supermarché est tout proche. Le centre ville est à peine à 10 min en métro. Je vous conseille vivement cette location. Pour nous tout a été parfait et nous y reviendrons certainement !

Perfection! My friends and I booked this location over a year ago for our trip to the Olympics and could not have been happier. The location is unbelievable with so many great places to walk to and Canada Water is an excellent transportation hub with easy access to all parts of the city... even after the Tube closes. The property is in excellent shape with comfortable beds, large kitchen and free wifi. There is a Tesco, but its a bit farther of a walk than lead to believe... maybe 12 minutes. However, there is a smaller local store in Rotherhithe a few minutes away. All in all, we had a lovely time, and would definitely stay here again.

Just recently spent time at the propertymid July 2012, pre Olympics. The best thing about the property was the location. I did find the propety to be very clean and well kept. The grocery store and the tube station was definitely a major plus considering we had children with us. The owner gave instructions on how to get into the property (which I conveniently printed out and left at home on the printer in the U.S..lol..but we made it work and Carlos helped make the neccessary calls to do so). I was sort of turned off at the fact that the apartment was very hot and there was no real airflow, especially at night. We couldnt open the windows because the noise on the street from the bedroom was constant and loud. This could be corrected by simply placing a couple of small fans in the unit or installing a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. We were surprised at the actual size of the unit..it was great. We had been to London twice previously and found the previous accommodations to be really small..this unit was very large and very easy for a group 5 to get around in. Overall my family and i were pleased with the unit and the experience of renting the unit. If I found myself back in London again for any reason I would definitely place this unit high on my list of places to lay my head down at. Your family should enjoy this unit!!

We chose this apartment because we were going to a four-day film festival at the 02. The location couldnt have been more convenient. The apartment was modern, spotless and well-equipped. We would love to stay here again, no matter what our reason for being in London.

wir hatten die Wohnung über Ostern 2012 für 7 Tage gemietet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, sehr sauber, und gepflegt. Ein großer 24h Supermarkt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt fast direkt an der Tube und Bus Station, aber trotzdem ruhig und sicher. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

la proprietà è ottima per ubicazione, spostamenti e disponibilità dei proprietari. Lappartamento è confortevole, nuovo e bello anche in sei siamo stati benissimo. La cucina è super attrezzate ed i due bagni sono perfetti. Un grande supermercato è a due passi. La metro è ubicata a 50 metri, noi abbiamo preferito gli autobus per vedere la città. Con lo stesso mezzo abbiamo raggiunto anche Greenwich (giornata fantastica) con il 188 da Canada Water. Quando ritornerò a Londra sicuramente sarà di nuovo il mio appartamento. Il balcone affaccia su un laghetto dimora di cigni, anatre e altri uccelli, un spettacolo per gli amanti della natura. Grazie

This was a perfect apartment for myself and my friends. Nicely furnished, clean, well maintained. Right across the street from the Tube. We were able to get to central London in 15 to 30 minutes depending on the hour of day. Within two blocks there is a 24 hour grocery store. The only two downsides are that there were not dressers and sometimes the street noise could be hear. Otherwise, it was great. I would definately stay there again.

The apartment was very good value for money. We had a great time! It was only a couple of minutes walk to the tube station and was easy to use the tube to get into the centre of London. There was plenty of space and the facilities were excellent. Will definately use the apartment again when we visit London.

We have just stayed in this property for 10 days in august and have enjoyed it very much. The flat is big enough and comfortable for a family of five members (children aged 15, 13 and 8). The rooms are clear and you can find all you need in the kitchen, bathrooms... The location is perfect, very close to the tube and bus station, and a big supermarket is five minutes walk. Carlos and Maria, the owners, are very friendly and helpful. We recommend strongly this property and we hope to come back some other time.

A very nice place to stay in. We were very happy with everything inside the flat. Fine bathrooms and a really nice kitchen. And the flat is situated very fine near the tube and the shoppingcenter nearby. And the service from the staff when we arrived and when we were leaving was exellent. We will certainly try to book this place next time we are going to London.

Really great ! Wonderful flat ! Maria and Carlos were very welcoming. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds were really cumfortable. The flat was really clean and pleasant to live in, close to the city center, easy to access from the tube. Highly recommended

We were quite happy with the London flat. As described in the ad, it was right next to the Canada Water tube station, allowing us to get around London very efficiently. Would ask that the property ad state that while the flat does accomodate up to six people with the pull out sofa, the second bedroom has a double bed, and not two singles. It was an issue for us because our two children are older and of the opposite sex. Other than that, a great modern flat providing easy access to London.

very nice and spacious flat, very clean, new building, 1 minute to nearest underground "Canada Water" from there about 15 minutes to City Center, shopping center with 24hrs Tesco is 5 minutes to walk, if you like Nespresso coffee dont forget to either bring your own tabs, or you have to buy them somewhere far away :-)

The apartment is exactly what is shown from the photos on the website. The housekeepers are attentive and the apartment is immaculate, just like a hotel room only with so much more to offer than staying at a hotel. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, the dishwasher was useful and the washing machine was excellent to have right in the apartment. There are sufficient amount of towels/sheets/blankets withcomfortable matresses in both bedrooms. The location of the apartment is by both an underground station and a couple of different bus stops. Shopping for food was very easy since there is a large grocery store directly behind the apartment with easy access. This apartment is in an area with much new development going on whcih is nice to see and traveling did not take long to get into the city of London. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to London.

New and extremely well maintained apartment with all the amenities. Located 1 minute from a tube and major bus station that allows you to get into London and other areas very quickly. We took the train/tube both ways from Heathrow and it was convenient. Apartment has a spacious living/dining room combined with a kitchen that is modern and efficient. There is a large grocery store and shopping mall within walking distance. The owner was very amenable in helping us with our reservations and accommodating our travel plans. We would definitely stay again as it made our trip enjoyable and comfortable. The web information is accurate and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very nice, new, convenient, accommodating, roomy, and a great value.

I was beautiful and very comfortable for two couples and it was right next to the tube. We all love it and definitely think staying in a flat is much better than a hotel. Everything was brand new and worth the money I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

The main asset of the apartment is its location: - a few meters away from Canada Water Tube Station ( Jubilee Line ) : most interesting touristic points of London can be reached within 15 minutes - a Tesco Supermarket is a few 100 m away and is open 24 h/ 24h which is very convenient. The apartment is brand new and 6 people can live in with comfort.
