I recently visited Turkey with three friends and stayed in Bay Vista Villa for 1 week. We had a fantastic holiday and the villa was even better than I had expected it to be. It was the perfect place to relax and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Kalkan. The villa is bright and spacious with all the amenities you need on holiday. The bedrooms are very comfortable and have beautiful views of Kalkan bay. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the swinging chair (on the top floor balcony) in the mornings, admiring the view. The outdoor seating area and private pool were also favourite features of the villa.
We visited Kalkan in April which meant that the town was not busy and it was not too hot. We found everyone to be very friendly and the food served in the restaurants was delicious!
We had a great time and all agree that this villa was excellent value for money. Weve now got the post-holiday blues and would love to return at some point!

Bay Vista Villa is a stunning, private villa with breathtaking views over Kalkan town and the Mediterranean coast. The inside is beautifully furnished, spacious and light, with all the amenities you could need (the biggest difference with this villa and others we have stayed in is that it has obviously been built and cared for as a family home, rather then a business opportunity, so there really is everything a family could need for a stay away and all the furnishings are well made, comfortable and well looked after) and the outside pool area is just about perfect, with a large pool, large eating area and a secluded room away from the sun to sit and relax. Would highly recommend using the swinging seat on the top floor balcony to watch the sun set each evening too!
Couldn’t have asked for more from a villa in this price range!
Kalkan town itself is still absolutely beautiful, but it does seem to keep growing in size and price! This was our fourth time back and still not had a bad meal anywhere, so can’t complain too much! The main restaurant / bar area and harbour is an easy walk down hill from the villa, but would recommend a taxi in the evening. Using the local shops for supplies and making our own breakfast and lunch was great, and helps keep the cost down (the kitchen is fantastic at the villa too!!).
Would highly recommend Bay Vista Villa to anyone thinking of spending a week in Turkey.

We had a great time during our stay at the Bay Vista Villa. Transfers from the airport were organised for us and went smoothly. When we arrived, we were met with a warm and friendly greeting, and showed around by a man called Garreth. We found him to be very helpful. He knows there area well and was only to happy to point us in the right direction on more than one occasion during our stay.
The villa far exceeded my expectations. Its very comfortable and spacious, and was clean and tidy. The panoramic views from the pool side overlooking Kalkan are spectacular, especially during sunrise.
I would thoroughly recommend staying at this villa.

We stayed at the Bay Vista in June 09 and loved it so much we returned again the same year. The villa has all the facilities you need to be completely self-contained, the kitchen is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There is a utility room with a washing machine too.
One of the unique features of the villa is it's outdoor covered Turkish seating area which is a welcome retreat if you've had enough sun and want to relax in the shade. There's is a lovely pool for cooling off and a rooftop sun terrace with fabulous views. In fact you get great views of Kalkan bay from just about every window!
Each bedroom (there are 3) has it's own en-suite with modern, good quality facilities.
It's only a short walk downhill to the Yali supermarket to stock up on all your basic requirements. Luckily only around 100m away there is a nice quiet family hotel with a large pool and covered eating area. They are happy for non-residents to use the facilities, which is great if you fancy a change : )
