Disappointed sala had not been cleaned to dirty to use .The rest of the villa was beautiful TV not working but there plenty of DVD if we had wanted them .Actually enjoyed playing board games .If we come again we would hire a car as we felt isolated without one. Communal pool lovely.All in all we had a lovely holiday

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately the TV company were upgrading and this was a problem all over Thailand and something that was out of our hand but it is now up and running. As far as the sala is concerned, the cleaners are new and were not aware that the sala had to be brushed and this has now been rectified. Some customers like to rely on taxis to transport them about rather than hiring a car but in our property section we do say that a car is optional. I am pleased you enjoyed your holiday despite the Tv and sala..

Very impressed indeed. We stayed there as a group of 6 adults and a small baby and found the property to be spacious, beautifully designed and decorated throughout and very well equipped indeed. I would recommend without reservation (provided you have a car - its too far to work into town) and fully expect to stay there again. Thank you!

My wife & I stayed at this Fantastic villa for 2 weeks in June 2012,
It exceeded all our expectation,
There is nothing I or my wife could find fault with.
This is our first time staying at a villa so it was all very new to us,
we were a bit apprehensive at first but need not have worried because the owner was just fantastic.
The villa is in a secure area patrolled 24 hours by private security, you will see the guards patrolling regularly, who are very polite & solute you.
The owners have thought of absolutely every thing that you could possibly need while you are on holiday, including a multi mobile phone charger, which i forgot to take.
They put a welcome pack in the villa so we had something for breakfast, tea/coffee, bread & milk etc. (The shops are close by for your supplies.)
They arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport & take us to the villa, They also arrange a tour guide to help us choose our various visits, this was invaluable as we got to see things we would never have thought of. The tour guide is a mind of information & will help you with all your touring needs, He is a very pleasant young man & will not let you get ripped off his name is wille & speaks very good English. A massive thank you to him.
The villa is simply wonderful all rooms are on suite & very comfortable.
There is a safe in the villa which i used for my passport & valuables,
I will point out that I did leave out my ipod/music center & some money nothing was touched, infact i looked at my ipod & it had been cleaned, we felt very safe & secure here.
The pool area is very nice with a Jacuzzi & the sun beds have waterproof soft covers,
The villa & pool is spotlessly clean, a cleaner will come in & clean the villa at regular intervals also the pool is cleaned & checked 3 times a week.
When you leave the villa you will feel very safe the Thai people are very kind & courteous & will help you if you need help, Shopping is great as most speak English.
We tried many of the local restaurants which are close to the villa & were recommended by the owner, these were simply superb & very cheep. Thai foot is simply to die for & prepared fresh in front of you.
I would recommend the night market & the Thai boxing, not far from the villa, we asked the tour guide to come with us, he was brilliant pointing out & explaining what was going on around us. Elephant show was great you get to feed them, this was a great trip. So many things to do you just need to ask the owner & the tour guide who will help you.
You can make this a hard full on holiday or just chill & relax at this beautiful villa.
I had my first weeks laundry cleaned by a local laundry & was pleasantly surprised when i pick it up, All my shirts were folded as if i had just purchased them, again this was recommended by the owner, so i took all my laundry to them the day before i left to go home, No dirty laundry to take home & very cheep to launder, Great..
I have traveled to many countrys through out the world Thailand is one of the best i have visited, This has been a full on & most relaxing holiday & i would not hesitate in recommending this first class villa, A very big thank you goes out to the owners they have simply made it Perfect, THANK YOU,
This is definitely a 5 star villa.
I cannot think of anything negative to say about this villa, " Oh " yes i can, You have to go to the fridge to get your own beer.

The villa is superb we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You have thought of everything to make it a home from home down to the very last detail.
It is clean and well maintained as is the rest of the site.
The villa is situated quite some distance from the main road and also Hua Hin itself so some form of transport is strongly recommended.
Your villa has provided us with the relaxing break we so needed.

Property was lovely and furniture was very modern. Everything was well provided for and we were delighted to find coffee, cookies and a juicy watermelon waiting for us from our long journey! Owner was very obliging and even provided a new cot and high chair to meet our baby boys needs. The villa is very family orientated and accommodated us, our baby and grandparents very comfortably. Electric usage expense was reasonable but should be monitored especially with air conditioning which was essential for comfort of a baby. Car is essential to get to centre of town/beach which is only around 10 mins, but we enjoyed staying at home and cooking with local produce or bringing back food from the local evening market. Plenty of entertainment with pool table and current DVDs. Beautiful property, great communication from owners, friendly neighbours and handy local response to queries. This is the first time we have rented a house in Thailand and dont think we will ever go back to hotels again. Highly recommended.

This is the best rental I have experienced. The kitchen was loaded with equipment to cook with. This was also the most family friendly place I have stayed at with the two trundle beds, swimming pool, pool table, darts, puzzles, games, etc. The place is spacious and well laid out. The neighbors were helpful and friendly. This was an excellent vacation and this house was a significant reason why.

We booked this beautiful villa for Christmas week 2009 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We are family of four with 2 teenage daughters. The villa is set in a small, quiet and elegant residence. All the villas and gardens in the residence are very well maintained. Our villa was spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped with aircon and fans throughout. Home entertainment, films, internet, books, games room, you name it it’s there for your enjoyment. We really couldn’t have wished for more. It was even better than we expected.
The pool and jacuzzi area is surrounded by tropical plants which provide privacy. Pool is clean and well maintained. Very relaxing after a day out. The outdoor furniture, like the indoor furniture is very comfortable and stylish. The outdoor elevated dining room is amazing, equipped with outdoor kitchen/barbecue.
A maid service is provided for the villa and the pool area was also cleaned during our stay. Furthermore, there is a fabulous couple named Barry and Jaeb, who take care of the villa in the owner’s absence. They are very helpful and friendly, offer advice on the local area, arrange taxi transport should you need it or indeed scooter hire which we took advantage of. That was a lot of fun. We were so well looked after during our stay. They are lovely people.
In addition to all this, there is also a club house with a very large pool area with sun-beds and a bar/restaurant so if you don’t feel like cooking – no need to!
Everyone we met in the residence was very courteous and friendly. I will most definitely recommend this villa to my friends and acquaintances. It’s high quality and good value for money. We had a really wonderful Christmas week in Hua Hin. We will be returning.
