After a day on the golf course or by the pool you can enjoy the spectacular views from the south facing balcony. There is off road covered parking and the complex is fully enclosed with security gate and intercom making it safe for families with children.
The apartment is set in landscaped gardens, onsite there are 2 large outdoor swimming pools, an indoor heated pool, tennis courts, boule area and children´s playgrounds. There is a fully equiped gym and to relax an indoor spa and relaxation centre with indoor pool, sauna, Turkish baths, hydrotherapy pools and water jet circuit. .

The Resort
For golfers there are 4 golf courses close by all top class, and a driving range with putting green. The golden sand beach of Vera Playa is only a 5 minute drive away and the beaches of Puerto Rey, Garrucha and Mojacar are only a short drive away and have beach bars open in the summer months. The historic town of Vera is only 5 minutes away with lots of bars and restaurants. The fishing town of Garrucha is only ten minutes away and has a marina and promenade and lots of nice fish restaurants. Vera Water Park is only 2 minutes drive away a great day out for all the family.
