Location: On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private grounds. Motor access to the house. Parking by the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 0,3 km, indoor swimming pool in 800m and thermal baths 3 km. Golf course 1 km, tennis 1 km, riding stables 1 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski runs 3 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 3 km, toboggan-run 2 km. In 50 m there is a walkway along the river in two direction to Badgastein centre und Bad-Hofgastein. Also there are lots of walkways up and along the mountains. In Summer there is swimming lake in about 1 km also. Gym, Sauna and massage are available for a fee at the reception area. Please ask the receptionist.

The cottage is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
