Unfortunately I think as I booked near the end of the season I did not get the best from this apartment, the first thing that struck us was the dirty sofa, and the ants marching up the cupboards, but its Turkey so we knew that the ants could be dealt with, the management company did supply traps 4 days later. The sofa had broken zips and covers hanging off, curtain tie back hooks were hanging off the walls, shelves in bathroom were glass and broken and loose, curtains in the loft room hanging off the rail, floors filthy under beds, sofa etc., and the air con was disgusting, to the point that I had to wash all the filters in them. I feel that the owner is not getting the service he is paying for from the management company. The location of the apartment is great, almost on the beach and a dolmus trip to anywhere you would wish to get to in the area.

There was 7 of us staying in the apartment and there was more than enough room, there is air con in all bedrooms and lounge which is very welcome, 3 bathrooms were perfect with 2 teenage girls. The views are eactly as the picture and were amazing sitting out in the morning watching the beach and local kite surfers. The shop on site is great for basics such as fresh bread and water. Worth visiting the surf club down the road had a few amazing nights watching the sunset and some lovely food. Ross has been great from start to finish and we all would definately book to stay here again, thanks Ross :)

Absolutely 1st class. Our third time in Turkey and in that same region. This resoort is brilliant. The appartment DOLPHIN 2 was excellent, spacious, clean, bright and well furnished. I am absolutely sure we will be back. This appartment slept 8 of us comfortably and the view oout frrom the balcony onto the pool and nearby sea / beach was brill.
Do not be fooled by the pictures of the gym - There isnt one !!. A Bike and a cross trainer both adjacent to the indoor pool - neither worked. No hassel though as overall the whole Sunset Beach Club facility is excellent.

We have stayed at this villa twice now, and both times we have had an amazing holiday. The property is lovely and the position is also great as most things can be reached on foot!! Inside the apartment is fantastic... very comfortable, spacious and clean & especially being next to the pool which was great for our friends having two children, who could watch them easily from the balcony. Air-con in Turkey was a must and much appreciated. During our first holiday we hired a car, but the second time we didn’t bother, everything is within easy walking distance and if we didnt want to walk the regular dolmus buses were cheap and picked us up from just outside on the road. Our trip to Oludinez was easily made on the dolmus buses, the drivers were very helpful and spoke very good English, we found it was very easy to get around. There are plentiful bars, pubs and restaurants in walking distance, especially if you explore the surrounding back streets where some little gems can be found. The owner Ross was really helpful about everything, and very honest and prompt emailing back regarding any queries we had and obviously he really cares that your holiday is a success. Thanks Ross.... we will definitely be booking again next year!

Just 30 minutes from Dalaman Airport, Dolphin 2 at Sunset Beach is an ideal holiday apartment for many reasons. Stand on the balcony and you overlook the beautiful pool (1 of three, very clean, lots of loungers), look out to your right and you have the most stunning views of Sunset Beach (see my photoes to see why it is called this!). So already, you have the best of both worlds, pool and beach just 30 paces away! The apartment is brilliant. Good sized balcony with table and chairs to enjoy meals and drinks on. Air conditioning. Really nice bathrooms. Very clean and spacious. Well equipped. Lots of bath and beach towels. Comfy beds. Nice wardrobes. Open plan kitchen and living area so you can enjoy making meals and relaxing all together. There is a bar and restaurant on site so you really dont have to go anywhere and can just chill. Chalis Beach is a 10 minute walk for a huge choice of restaurants. The dolmus (Turkish Bus) goes from the end of the road and will take you into Chalis or to the very beautiful Fethiye where you can take boat trips and see 12 islands in one day all for £7 with lunch included and swimming in stunning lagoons. Or visit the world famous Olu Deniz Beach which is paradise. I have stayed at Dolphin 2 five times now and have loved it again and again. It really is the perfect holiday destination and Dolphin 2 is everything you could wish for. I unreservedly recommend this apartment.

WOW! SUN, SEA AND POOL ALL WITHIN GLANCING DISTANCE AND A STONES THROW AWAY. IT WAS BLISS SWIMMING IN THE POOL, LOOKING AT THE MOUNTAINS AND THE SEA NEXT TO YOU! THIS ALSO MADE IT IDEAL FOR OUR THREE CHILDREN WHOM ALL LIKE TO DO DIFFERENT THINGS. IT GAVE OUR TEENAGERS THE FREEDOM OF BEING ON THEIR OWN ON THE BEACH WHILST OUR YOUNGER DAUGHTER ENJOYED BEING WITH US AT THE POOL YET WE WERE NEAR ENOUGH TO RENDEZ VOUS AT THE FABULOUS SUNSET RESTAURANT FOR LUNCH. THE FOOD ON SITE WE THINK IS ONE OF THE BEST WE FOUND. A REAL BONUS FOR US WHEN SELF CATERING. WE ALSO USED THE LOCAL ON SITE SUPERMARKET AND NEVER EVEN VENTURED FURTHER FOR A BIGGER ONE. THE APPARTMENT WAS MODERN/TRENDY AND IMMACULATE IN DECOR AND CLEANLINESS. THE VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY WERE FABULOUS TOO. WE CAN SEE WHY IT IS CALLED SUNSET BEACH. IT WAS EXTRA SPECIAL TO HAVE OUR OWN PRIVATE TERRACE AWAY FROM THE CHILDREN AT TIMES. THE BEDROOM BALCONY/TERRACE WAS VERY LARGE AND PRIVATE AND NICE TO HAVE A GLASS OF VINO IN THE LATE EVENINGS AND ENJOY A QUIET CUPPA ON EARLY MORNINGS! WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK! THE EASE OF THE TRIP WAS FANTASTIC AND SO NICE TO BE NEAR ENOUGH TO THE AIRPORT. THE TEENAGERS ENJOYED THE SHOPS AT CALIS AND FETIYE PLUS THE LOCAL MARKETS WERE WONDERFUL! WE TOOK A WATER TAXI TO FETIYE AND ENJOYED THE SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS THERE TOO. ALL IN A LL A FAB HOL FOR ALL OF US. WE ARE GOING TO DO SOME MORE TRIPS NEXT YEAR! DREAM APPARTMENT AND HOL! A RARE TREAT TO GET IT ALL THESE DAYS!
