Description
A complex of 12 traditional houses with 12 private swimming pools separated in three groups. The architecture was specially designed to combine tradition with comfort.
Each Villa comprises of two floors, on the first floor is the living room, the kitchen, the bedroom and the WC where on the ground floor there is a large helpful room with the laundry room, a living room and a WC.

Location
The Villas are located 2km west from the town of Sitia eastern Crete, Greece. The Villas are nestled in peaceful nature in a large olive grove and their advantageous position offers the visitor a panoramic mountain view from one side and the deep blue view of the Aegean sea on the other.
Moreover, the guest has easy access to the beautiful town of Sitia with a 2.5km blue flag sandy beach, 3 minutes away by car. Take the opportunity to visit the many local shops amongst the quaint streets of this beautiful town. Also, take part in the spirited local entertainment as well as the lively night life. Theater, restaurants, and dance clubs are situated around the picturesque sea port.
Just 5 to 10 minutes away are the beautiful crystal clear waters of Platani, Traxilas and Papadiokampos. Excellent water for swimming, snorkeling, sea kayaking.
25 minutes away is the unique palm tree forest of "VAI" and the sandy beaches of Chiona, kouremenos and Itanos.
