Villa Rana Verde has a fully fitted kitchen with everything you will need for your holiday including oven ,hob, microwave, coffee maker,diswasher.
The lounge is fully furnished and has freeview televesion. There is also a separate dinng room.
There are two double bedrooms both with fitted wadrobes.one with ensuite with a bath and over head shower .There is also one separate main bathroom complete with walk in shower.
All furniture in this villa is off a high standard.
Mosquito blinds and airconditioning are fitted throughtout the villa

THE AREA
Villa Rana verde is a 10 min walk from a small shop bar restaurant and play area.
Chiclana is a typical Spanish town, benefiting from sympathetic restoration in recent years. Its traditional style buildings and pedestrian shopping area, covered market selling fresh local produce and seafood, make it a great place to shop.
Villa Rana Verde is approximately 5 minutes drive from La Barrosa’s Blue Flag beach, and the Costa Sancti Petri beaches. The abandoned village of Costa Sancti Petri has a fishing harbour, marina and a water sports centre. If you prefer more sheltered and secluded coves, try a short drive towards Conil.
The Fuente Amarga Spa offers various treatments including mud baths and massage, and there is a Moroccan Hammam at Novo Sancti Petri with candlelit baths, as well as bellydance performances while you enjoy dinner.

The villa is cleaned before you arrive and when you depart.
Welcome pack included to get you started Tea Coffee milk water bread jam.
All towels, bed linen, gas and electric are included.
I will greet you at the villa on arrival and will be only a phone call away if you need and help during your stay.

The hot water for the Villa is supplied via a gas boiler which is serviced once a year, The pool is cleaned once a week and the gardener calls once a week to cut the grass.
