This villa was lovely for a family, but was in need of some updating with the main bathroom .
Location was to far to walk to the town but was only a few minutes drive.
It was a good holiday had by all .

What a fabulous time we had! The villa far exceeded our expectations and we had a very restful, relaxing and HOT holiday. Would definitely return as we had such a wonderful time. We have been to Javea many times before and were surprised at how close we were to the beach (although a car is definitely needed to see Javea). Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

We wanted a nice spacious villa with good outdoor space as this is where we would be spending more of our time. And can happily say the villa was ideal for us.
The naya and BBQ areas were real hits for us and greatly added to our experience. The owners were also very helpful with providing local information etc.
The main bathroom could benefit from updating but this didn’t take away from our experience.
I would certainly recommend this villa and indeed Javea for those yet to visit it (make sure you go to the tourist info centre and check out those fantastic walks)
A good time was had by all.
Thanks

We had a fantastic holiday in Javea Arenal and we would thoroughly recommend both the location and the villa.
The villa itself is absolutely fantastic - just perfect for a relaxing family holday - beautifully presented throughout, fantastic pool and just a 5 minute drive from the superb beach and a great choice of bars and restaurants.
The four good sized bedrooms are really nicely decorated and have very comfortable beds with clean crisp bed linen. The lounge area is furnished to a very high standard and its great to have satellite TV and a selec tion of DVDs to keep the children occupied during the afternoon siesta! The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need and the naya is absolutely perfect for a lazy breakfast or an al fresco evening meal. The pool is fantastic with plenty of pool-side chairs and sun-loungers - and the pool is very private and enclosed so perfect for families with small children.
All in all, a superb holiday choice and great value for money.

This property is in a great location and ideal for those that do not like to book villas where car hire is a necessity.
The supplied directions were easy to follow and we found the journey from alicante airport in our hire car quite painless.
We knew the area as we had stayed in another villa in the Cumbre Del Sol last year but chose this villa for its location and close proximity to Javea. We were not disappointed with its location and the outside of the property was sublime. The outside amenities were perfect and plentiful with a fantastic mix of areas such as the private veranda, the outside barbecue and bar area and the fantastic pool, complete with sun loungers and umbrella.
The inside of the property, was nice but did not live up to the outside. The master bedroom with pool views, roomy ensuite and walk in dressing room was the jewel in the crown. The living room was light and airy and the cream leather sofas were comfortable .The other bedrooms were not in the same league as the master bedroom although they were adequate and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was large, airy, had everything we needed but in all fairness was a little tired.
We were made to feel very welcome by David next door and really did enjoy our stay. In our opinion, with a little t.l.c and minimum effort this property would be difficult to beat. A touch of paint, new bedding, perhaps a welcome hamper. It is attention to detail that would change this property rating from simply good to excellent.
We look forward to re-booking.

A fabulous property that certainly lives up to its description here. Extremely well equipped with all the necessary mod cons to make your stay easy. The villa comfortably accomodated the 9 of us (two families) with room to spare and lots of areas to take yourself off for a quiet moment should you desire. The grounds are spectacular with a very good sized pool which the kids loved and spent many an hour in. We loved the outside kitchen with bbq and often sat in the sun enjoying a glass of wine. A particular highlight would be the views over the Montgo and Javea town - quite spectacular. Would I recomend the villa - absolutely and already have done so - it is a very comfortable, clean beautiful place to spend your holiday.

What an awesome holiday villa! We couldn’t get our girls out of the pool so we sat on the large patio area around the pool or under the cover of the brilliant naya and read books. The inside of the villa is extremely spacious. Enormous kitchen, 4 very good bedrooms, two with en suites plus a family bathroom. Large lounge which is very comfortable with Sky tv, cds etc so you can keep up to date with Corrie! All furniture and fittings are lovely. We used the barbecue in the outside kitchen area and ate all the time outside under the naya with table and chairs for 8 plus lounge area overlooking the pool. The garden areas of this villa are lovely and large with many shrubs and trees. The views from the garden and pool area are stunning with the Montgo a brilliant backdro p in the distance behind the town of Arenal. Car hire recommended but not essential if you get a taxi from Alicante. Villa is a 3LJ minutes drive to Arenal Beach and town where we found lots of restaurants offering excellent choices of food and prices, with the less expensive ones also very good. The beach is stunning with a diving platform not far off the beach - our girls had a great time there. The promenade is wide and gives an easy walk along past shops and restaurants to the harbour about 20ᆲ mins walk away. As Arnie said , we'll be back!

A stunning villa with fabulous views over Mount Montgo. 8 of us stayed here for two weeks and had a fabulous holiday. It is very quiet and relaxing yet only a few minutes drive away from the lovely sandy beach and restaurants. We thought the villa was the best we have ever stayed in, it had everything we needed plus so much more, the inside is gorgeous and really comfortable. The outside space is stunning and it was so relaxing knowing the children could play safely in the gated grounds. Javea is lovely and we enjoyed spending time on the sandy beach and walking in the old port, the restaurants were very child friendly offered a wide selec tion of food. We especially enjoyed getting the children to bed and sitting in the naya with a bottle of wine enjoying the views over the Mount Montgo. We loved this villa and will definitely book again.

We want to say many thanks to Richard and Sue for letting us rent their beautiful villa - we had an absolutely fantastic week. The location is ideal - Javea is just an hour's drive from Alicante airport and the villa is only 5 minutes from a great beach and a super choice of restaurants.
The villa is very roomy with plenty of space in the living areas and bedrooms. All of the rooms are light and airy and very well presented and all four bedrooms are of a good size and two of them have excellent en-suite bathrooms.
The villa is very well equipped both inside and out - the kitchen has everything you'd need and the satellite TV and DVD player came in handy to keep the children entertained. The barbeque area is a good idea and there is plenty of furniture in the poolside area.
We very much enjoyed taking our meals on the naja with lovely views of the beautiful garden. However, the highlight of our holiday was the lovely pool with its splendid views of the surrounding area afforded by the villa's elevated position. The pool and gardens are completely enclosed and so very safe for young children which meant mum and dad could relax for a few minutes too.
We would thoroughly recommend the villa for a quiet family holiday and we have already booked to return in 2010.
Best regards

We thought the property was exccellent and in immaculate condition throughout, lovely furniture and nicely decorated, with lots of room. The outside area and garden were gorgeous, great pool and lovely planting. with several different seating/eating areas around the gardens. The outside naya, kitchen/barbeque area were also great. There is a lovely view of the nearby town and Montgo mountain. We would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit this beautiful, unspoilt area of Spain.

Without a doubt one of the best villas I have stayed in. It has all the mod cons and facilities you’d expect plus there’s loads of space in the villa, the garden and around the pool, which is great when you have two boys. My wife loved the walk through dressing room and the view in the morning from the bedroom window well you need to see for yourself!! There is everything you will need to have a great break and come home feeling completely relaxed. We will definitely use again – in fact we have already booked. Enjoy!
