My sister from Buenos Aires visited for a week and my father from Florida spent a week. This feels like home great is the villa for sale? We spent two and a half months.

Indescribable fun in the sun
I desperately needed a getaway from recent personal tragedy and as I perused the internet for a location, I was immediately drawn to the description of Ferns Harbour Villa.
I packed my two younger children and headed for Boscobel. There I was pleasantly surprised to find that it indeed had all that it boasted. The view of the sea was as breathtaking as one can imagine. I loved just sitting on the verandah with an ice cold beverage or a hot mug of coffee as i basked in the sun and stared out at the sea.
The customer service was phenomenal as someone was always available to address the few issues that came up, like could I pick and eat the mangoes on the property. The answer was a resounding YES!
In my opinion, the home exuded the personality of the owners accommodating, warm and friendly. I almost never wanted to leave the house because I was so comfortable.
I was a little apprehensive that my teenage kids would not appreciate the fact that we were not smack dab in the middle of any night life, but to my surprise, they were thrilled with the short distance to Ocho Rios and its night life. They told me that they loved the idea of leaving it all behind each night to head back to our cocoon....score one for Mom on .choosing the ideal vacation spot. They also loved going by the private beaches as well as the ones by the hotels where they enjoyed hanging out with the local vendors and learning the Jamaican dialect.
My best experience was driving to Scotchies for everything "jerk". It was a most enjoyable ride that allowed me to really drink in the Jamaican scenery. Not only would I return in a heartbeat, I plan to do so with a few girlfriends for that always-needed "getaway" and "me time".
2010 will definitely find me lounging on the verandah of Ferns Harbour Villa a few more times.
