VILLA CALLISTA

Villa Callista is built on one level with steps from the terrace down to the large 12 x 5 mtr private swimming pool and sun loungers. The pool and gardens are regularly maintained. The floors are tiled throughout the villa.

Outside
Patio doors lead out onto the spacious terrace with table & chairs for al fresco dining. There is a barbeque for your use making it the perfect area to entertain whilst enjoying the unobstructed views of the Mediterranean. (Overlooking proposed new Marina)


LIVING AREA
The living area is open plan with a large, furnished lounge area with colour television with DVD & video player and also a CD player. The dining table will seat upto 8 people.

The modern fully fitted kitchen includes oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There is ample cupboard space. You will find all the essential utensils you need during your stay. There is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

CORAL BAY & SURROUNDING AREA
BEACH & COAST: Villa Callista is only 1km from the centre of Coral Bay which has restaurants bars & shops. Coral Bay beach is close by and has beautiful sandy beaches for safe bathing. There are water sports facilities and a beach bar for snacks drinks etc.
SHOPPING
A short walk will take you from the villa to the main road & bus stop for Paphos.
Shops: During the high season the shops in Paphos are open from 0830 – 1200 and 1600 – 1900
There is half day closing on Wednesday and Saturday, and shops are closed all day on Sundays. However in the main tourist areas many shops stay open all day every day.
Market: The old town of Paphos known as Ktima is set on a hill overlooking the sea and hosts a colourful indoor market and is home to a maze of winding streets and alleyways.
Pharmacies: There are plenty of chemists in Kato Paphos and around the town centre. They are open from 0830 – 1300 and 1600 – 1900 Monday to Saturday. Each chemist displays information showing the location of 24 hour pharmacy should the necessity arise.
Banks: These are open 0830 – 12-30 from Monday to Friday, with some providing additional tourist services for an hour in the afternoon. Check for the opening hours on the door of the individual bank. Most banks offer a foreign exchange service and also most now have cashpoint machines.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
