Apartment was basic but clean, it is situated in a quiet ,pleasant residential complex with a nice swimming pool. The ocation that is not too far from local amenities. Enjoyed staying , the things I would add tot he apartment to make it a little more comfortable to stay in would be a water filter and an ironing board. Must say though overall the apartment was good value for the price we paid.

Good value, nice pool. Only down side was the painters on the complex leaving a mess on the entrance & their noise. Would use again. Thanks Dave & Sarah for looking after us.

Dear Dave, Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time in Goa. The apartment was super and we enjoyed, observing the squirrels and listening to the music coming from the temple. Calangute beach is beautiful but very crowdy, so we took a motorbike, launched ourselves into Indian traffic (horn-horn) and explored the more northern beaches, Vagator and Little Vagator were just perfect! Visited Old Goa (lots of churches!) and of course the Anjuna flea market... Also, the trip to Hampi (Hospet) was long (7h by train) but certainly worth it! Very special! And all that tasty food everywhere...njammy! In a nutshell, we are still dreaming about it and certainly hope to return there. Thanks for everything! Dear Dave, I was going through the owners direct website and came across your property where we stayed in Feb 2011. It suddenly struck me that i had not said thanks to you for all the wonderful arrangements at your apartment. It was a great vacation for us. There are all the amenities that one can think of in the apartment and it is very well kept as well. I thank you and Sarah for all the support. I would certainly visit the property again.
