We all loved the stay. Kids couldnt get enough of the pool, adults loved the Jacuzzi! The property was well maintained with a daily visit by a housekeeper to clean the place and replace used towels etc. The location is very quiet which we wanted, but within easy drive of everything necessary for our holiday to be memorable. Will certainly return again.

Nothing like in the pictures advertised,property in need of repair,even though the owner was very helpful the Jacuzzi looked run down the inside interior is in need of decoration the pool water smelled and no cleaning of the pool moths and mosquitos get into house all the time through the toilets would not reccomend this to anyone very disappointed way too expensive for what you get

First of all, the pictures dont do this property justice. It is an AMAZINGLY beautiful, relaxing place which my boyfriend and I fell in love with. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, especially the hot tub with a great sound system, lights and privacy. The property itself is very nice with an outdoor seating area and an electric grill which was a bonus!!! The porch and all the rooms inside were perfect. The kitchen had ample amentities as well as the entire house itself. You can tell the owner took a great deal of time to make the place feel welcoming. Meeting Sophian in person was awesome too. He was super nice, informative and helpful. He was always around to help yet at the same time extremely respectful for our privacy. I would 110 percent book this villa again and reccommend it to others.

Delightful property ideal for relaxed family vacation. So close to everything but not in the busy part of town. Our host was very helpful and very nice to deal with. Highly recommended.

a really nice apartment in a quiet location. well suited for a child for families. Need a car for smooth gliding. the host was really nice and always available if necessary. the host took care of the guests, and everything went as it had been agreed.

des vacances inoubliables la villa est magnifique encore plus belle que sur les photos ! tout etait vraiment parfait le proprietaire est super gentil une chose est sure nous y retournerons aussi souvent que possible !! pattaya est vraiment un endroit ou il fait bon vivre . pour nous cela fut vraiment les plus belles vacances que nous ayons passés. nous recommandons vivement cette villa sans aucun soucis !!"

A very nice villa located in a compound with 24/7 gated man guards. The car that came with the villa removed the hassle of contacting and waiting for any taxi to arrive to take you anywhere as the GPS was spot on for all locations visited.
I stayed with my wife in December 2011 and thought this was an amazing location to spent a relaxing time in. The private pool and jacuzzi were also a very relaxing getaway from the daily activities.
I will surely book again if visiting Pattaya soon. Not very far from all the life and activities in Pattaya by car.

Amazing villa in a private compound with 24 hours man guard. The car also saved us the hassle of waiting for a taxi to arrive or anyone to take you places as the GPS is spot on to any location you choose. Soso attended to all details when requested and was always available to guide us for anything we wanted.
The pool and jacuzzi were a very pleasant experience to relax during the evening specially with lights in the pool.
I was with my wife and stayed there in December 2011. Perfect weather and perfect location.

Soso looked after us very well and the villa was the perfect place to spend time with family after our wedding. After they left our honey moon started
The addition of the free rental car was great and with a tesco lotus near by we soon had all we needed.
Soso was always available and very helpful with some suggestions on good places to go. Try the Buffet at the Hilton!

We were two families of 7 pax. We stayed in the villa from 20th June till 25th June. I must say our stay exceeded all expectations. The villa is just as shown in the pictures. The owner Mr. Sophian is very particular that the guests suffer no problems. So much so that once when I called him up at past 11 in the evening he was in the villa in 15 minutes. Simply put for him "your will is his command".

Weve been staying in Pattaya in different villas & houses for 5 years & this house & host are by far the best we have experienced. Its about 10-15 mins out of Pattaya but you are supplied with a free car & navigator so thats not a problem. The pool is big with an outside bar & entertainment area. The jaccuzzi is great with lights, presssure & temperature adjustment & the estate is quiet & has good security. The house was everything we expected & more. It even had food & over 100 DVDs to watch. Soso the owner was extremely helpful to us & attended to anything we asked him for or about immediately. My 6 year old daughter thought he was great & would keep asking when is he coming back. Honestly Soso your hospitality was top of the range. Youll definately be seeing us again.

This villa is set is a small private development. The facilities are excellent with a larger pool than many. The interior is well maintained with a daily maid service. For those who like sports the TV has international cable. Sophian, the owner is an excellent host and mind of useful information on the locality. The free car is necessary to get into town - about 15 minutes drive. There is the usual local shops close by. The villa is very private and quiet. I have stayed in this area over a number of years and I would rate this villa as top notch. I am booked again this year. Well done to Sophian - thanks for a great holiday location.

the car was a life saver. very much needed. a tad bit far from pattaya centre but hardly noticeable drive. i noticed the ant problem but no big deal on my end. i didnt mind. loved the pool and jacuzzi and very private. thank you for the stay i plan on coming back in february hopefully it will be available. thanks again! ciao.

The villa is very nice and it is same as what you see in the photos. All the photos are real. All the furnitures are clean and new. Especially the main bedroom is fantastic, it is same as a kings room. Villa is 15 minutes away from central Pattaya and Sophian always helped us about the transportation with the car and GPS to find the home quickly. Special thanks to Sophian who always take care of us as a friend and helps us everything we need. Hope to see you in Pattaya again...

I had a great time staying at this villa. Sophian did a wonderful job of looking after us during our all-too-brief stay in Thailand. The car hire was a life saver. The Villa is off the beaten path its located about 20 mins from "Walking street" in Pattaya. Sophian was no further than a phone call away at all times. The house was exactly as pictured and was kept extremely clean. I dont have any complaints other than the fact that our vacation was prematurely cut short by the volatile political situation in Bangkok (Not Sophians fault!). Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

The villa was suburb with everything as seen in the photos. The size of the rooms is good especially the master bedroom. Everthing is very clean and in good condition. It was great to have the use of the car as the viila is a liitle way from the beach and other attractions. Sophian met us on arrival and was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay. I would recomment this holiday home to anyone thinking of visiting this area of Thailand. Jontiem is a far quieter area than Pattaya and would suit other families and couples. we visited Pattaya by cheap taxi but it was good to come back to the excellent villa with the pool, jacuzzi and wifi internet. Hello, frankly speaking im living in the south of Russia on the seaside myself,(my English is not very well so forgive me) i expected problems when we started renting a house by the internet, prepaing etc. BUT The conditions were excelent. First of all i was impressed. We arrived at Bangkok airport at night,and the driver was waiting us at the meeting point thanks to Sophian... It was great cause 6 persons going Pattaya with baggage is problem, high prices etc,so thanks Sophian that he met us in airport. Hi is very accurate and patient man. There are no spaces in my foreing passport so im sure what i speak about... I was surprised that he gave us his car, and there was no extra paing. The car was nice and in good condition. When we lost the key on the island Sophian made the new one by himself. The house itself aslike on photos)no photoshop) Inside we found everything we need, including playstation ) Every day a housekeepr came... This house for living is excellent, sweeming pool and jakuzi are clear, every day owner comes and ask if we need something... My friend had a problem with his ear so Sophian took us to the hospital by himself... Every question Sophian was nearby, so great thanks to him. No extra paing,no anousing, no problems with guards etc. so im glad to spent my time there. Discription is not full i think, the house much more better ! We have already recommended this house and your company to all our friends and aquaintenses... Everything was really perfect, i see a lot every day on Blacksea seaside so believe me this place is the best ive seen... This money are nothing for such an amasing rest... The villa was beautiful and very neat and clean. We found the villa as it was described and were very happy with it. We were very well looked after during our stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs and helped us whenever we requested something and in some cases, anticipated our needs and pointed us in the right direction. Their attention to detail and suggestions for sight-seeing helped make our vacation a truly enjoyable experience. We would love to come back to this villa for our next holiday and would definitely recommend this villa to our friends and have already done so!
