The villa was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We did not feel cramped wih 12 people staying there. One evening we had a mall wedding reception and the guests were impressed by the villa itself and the spectacular view. It was my most comfortable stay in Italy and wished we could have stayed longer.
I have some recommendations to make that would make a stay at the villa even better. Some larger bath towels would be nice. The toaster is less than efficient an could be replaced. And, a larger, non-stick fry pan would be handy. Cooking for 12 people in two very small pans is unhandy. These changes are small but would add greatly to the comfort of the stay.
I will be recommending the Villa to my friends, some of whom are planning a visit next summer.

We were so very disappointed when we arrived to this villa. It is DEFINATELY NOT an award winning villa. The house is under construction, (photos are attached). At best the home has one good view, the other looks onto the back of a factory. There are missing light fixtures, and the baron wires hang from the ceiling, it is sparsely decorated with very very OLD furniture, the beds are old wire frames that are extremely uncomfortable, there is little to NO HOT water, there are OLD bathtubs and not showers in the villa, everytime we plugged our hair dryer in we blew a fuse, the list can go on and on....we had rented this villa to surprise our friends who were celebrating their 15th wedding anniversary, and we were celebrating our 30th. I have rented many many homes in Italy and have never had such a bad experience. we spent 99% of our time out of the villa, returning only to sleep and take a quick shower. I wanted to have my friends experience great home made meals while eating on the terrace, but given the conditions we were not inspired to do so.
please review the pictures, and tell me whether you consider this villa rentable...we were so stressed that we actually looked for a different place to rent but then decided to make the best of it. Review the pictures, and then I suggest you definately consider reimbursing us for at minimum ONE nights to TWO nights stay.

We were very surprised however, as this was the first such review that we have received in the 10 years that we have been receiving guests. We are the top rented property in our region on Villarenters and also have been voted by guests as an award winning property and therefore we are always striving to maintain this status. We are very passionate about a creating a wonderful experience for our guests and thus are constantly making improvements to the Villa and will consider the points that you have made.

Beautiful hilltop villa in/near a small Adriatic village offers stunning views and peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The villa has 4 bedrooms and large communal spaces. For large groups, there were 10 people in our group, it offered both privacy and comfortable gathering spaces. The owners were responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed ourselves at the villa. It took several days to get around without getting lost. I actually took the bus from the Piazza down to the beach several days. It was a great experience.

The property is huge and view spectacular. Towels and toilet paper quantities is really really appreciated. Transport i.e. car is a must.

The price for this place was just what we were looking for. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and the view was beautiful. It was really nice to have a bathroom in each of our rooms too. We will definitely be back once it gets warmer as it was close enough to the beach for convenience but away from the hustle and bustle of the city....again with an great view and enough space and privacy that you dont have to worry about bothering anyone.
