The view from the Roof Top Gardens is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its luxury yachts and the sea. At night time the lights from the harbour with the sun set gives you a romantic and idyllic setting.

This property is located on Rodney Heights, Rodney Bay, overlooking Rodney Bay Marina, with fantastic sea view of Pigeon Island and a 15 minutes walk to the beach. A short walk and easy reach to the Marina, Banks, Restaurants, Shopping Mall, Post Office, Drug Stores, Bars, Souvenir Shops, Dentist, Hair and Beauty Parlour, Boutiques and forgetting Rediut Beach which is one of the safest beaches on the Island.
Ideally located for events such as Gros Islet the famous Friday night Jump-Up. It also has excellent transportation link to the capital (Castries) and various other parts of the Island.
It is situated in the prime tourist’s area of St. Lucia, gently sloping, overlooking Yachts and spectacular sea view and the Rodney Bay Marina.

Description of Villa Michaeline
The main house consists of Open Plan Kitchen, Dinning and Living area. The spacious sitting/dinning room is fully furnished with dinning tables and chairs a flat-screen TV connected to cable, a fax machine, house phone. A well equipped kitchen with modern utensils such as Dishwasher, American style fridge (that makes ice and gives you filtered water), George Forman Grill, Coffee maker and Juicer.
The French doors, from the dinning room, leads outside to a generous tiled area, with a balcony and decking to the left of the property.
The hallway leads to the 1st bedroom. There is a king size bed that turns into 2 single beds, fan, walk-in closet/wardrobe with hangers. The 2nd bedroom is next door with mosquito nets draping over a double bed and louvered wardrobe (both rooms are tastefully decorated) with modern fixtures and fittings. Both bedrooms share bathroom and WC.
The master bedroom is on the top floor. It is fully furnished with a Four Poster Bed, draped over with a Mosquito net and good quality bed linens and towels. The bathroom is en-suite, white double wash basin, large white bath with mini hand shower, Bidet and another separate shower.
Downstairs bedroom has a two seater sofa, TV, Air-condition, wardrobe, Queen size bed with mosquito nets and spacious en-suite bathroom, with walk-in shower.
5th Bedroom is a fully equipped Self-Contained Studio, air-condition, kitchenette, fridge, micro-wave, electric hob, utensils, bathroom with walk-in shower, Queen size bed with mosquito net, flat screen cable TV, CD/Radio.
