The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The property is situated exactly where stated and a car is definately recommended. The location offers spectacular views over the whole of Caleta and the harbour. The main building of the villa is adequate however some updating and cleaning is required especially the main seating area. The new annex however is very modern, clean and was a pleasure to stay in. The general upkeep inside of the property we found poor on the whole, a few days into the holiday we found a mouse was getting in and although we did everything ourselves to ensure it did not enter the property we got very little support from the caretaker of the property. The issues from this did dampen the spirits of our group and this ruined our final days somewhat. This is a shame as the exterior and pool area are well kept and clean. We would recommend this property to a friend and also visit again if the cleanliness and maintenance were improved. As previously mentioned a car is a must as the villa is situated at the top of a steep hill. By car all amenities and bars etc are within a 10 minute drive. The location and views of this property are definately what you pay for.

The only reason this property did not get "excellent" was that we were not made aware of how far it was from the nearest shops and the centre of the town itself. The peace and quiet of the house was just what we were looking for but we would probably have hired a car if we had realised how far it was (all uphill on the way back!) from the beach etc
