On the ground floor are located a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a W.C, a kitchen with fully kitchenette, 4 ring stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, a washmachine and a dishwasher. A comfortable lounge with a fire place is located next to the kitchen.
A Satellite TV and a DVD player can be found in the sitting room. A stair leads on the top floor with 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a large furnished balcony with spectacular views to the sea and to the mountains. All rooms are air-conditioned. The 3 bedroom villa benefits from its own private pool with a shallow end perfect for the children. A BBQ, sun beds and sun umbrellas are available. From the terrace, balconies or swimming pool you can enjoy the sunrise or the sunset.
