This luxury detached villa with private pool has 4 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes all on suite. All with air con and heating,
the large porch dining room over looks the pool, it has a large fully tiled kitchen which also over looks the pool, Large lounge with English TV air con and heating ,downstairs cloakroom, one double bedroom on the ground floor the other 3 are on the first floor. 2 twins and one master.

aircon the first 50 euros is free after this if you use it then please just pay as you go, normaly 50 euros is all you need.

The beautiful sandy beaches of la marina are only 7 mins drive.
There are buses to the beach JULY AND AUG.

La Marina BEACH is a 7 minute car drive away and there is a regular bus service JULY AND AUG . The beach has soft white sand and is backed by a pine forest offering plenty of shade. It has several beach bars open during the summer and there is also a restaurant, where you can dine overlooking the Meditteranean and the isle of Tabarca, said to be frequented by pirates in ancient times! SUNBEDS are available for hire and CARPARKING is FREE.Costa Blanca beaches have a good record, with over 30 of them having been awarded EU 2 BLUE FLAG standards for cleanliness, safety and amenities.........................................

GOLF AND CAR HIRE
For golf lovers, the closest 18 hole course is La Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. There are numerous championship golf courses in the area, much too many to mention. The famous golf courses at La Manga are less than an hour away.

VIEWS
Apart from the natural beaches there are stunning walks and scenery all along the coastline particularly Santa Pola Salt lakes where you see the pink flamingoes and Guardarmar where you can walk from town through the planted sand dunes down to the marina.

Car hire is recommended to enjoy your holiday to the full.

If your hiring a car from the Airport we wil meet you at a point in La Marina.

If your not hiring a car we can arrange a car to collect you and take you to your Holiday Villa.

We will give you a local map and tell you all the best places to go and have a great holiday.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
