Nice Quiet location at the top of a hill 5mins from seafront. Well equipped comfortable beds and furniture both inside and out. 5min from supermarket and 10min. from bus station. Take 416 to Adeje and get a great view from the church plus the bonus of great cake and coffee from bakery on main street. If you dont like the hill then cut inland from the square by the harbour and come back along the top road and then down the steps. Try the Mongolian Restaurant - "All you can eat " (up steps turn left and it will be on your right about 5min down the road). The menu of day E8.90 -10.00 great value for three courses.at most of the small seafront restaurants. Have a great time - we did. Four 70year olds.

Thanks for a lovely stay in your apartment. Great TV. It far exceeded our expectations. We had two elderly ladies with us and the were able to manage the outside steps and then use the lift. The walk from the seafront was a little to much for them but as we had a car it worked out fine. Otherwise Super and thanks again.

The photos do not do justice to this apartment. It is by far the best accommodation we have had in 6 visits to the Canary Islands. Exceeded our expectations in every way.

This is a lovely property in a great location, it is the bottom end of Los Cristianos, but only a short walk to the bars and the beach. The only negative for us is the double bed mattress, which we think needs replacing. Everything else was really nice with good facilities throughout. The air conditioning was an added bonus too and really appreciated at times. The security of the property is excellent also with only the residents gaining access to the pool area

Thank you for the feedback. I stayed in the apartment 2 weeks prior to you and I have a bad back so the mattress is important to me and I found it perfectly OK. I will of course have this checked by my management team and if necessary replaced.

Apartment was fantastic, everything you could ever need was there. Kids loved the 50" TV. Short walk to the sea front, bars and restaurants. No mention of air-con in the apartment in owner’s overview & facilities, big rental bonus over competitors. Key pick-up should be better, it was changed twice, not ideal. Vacating the property should be done more precisely regarding next occupants and departing guests. Vacated apartment at 10:00, pick-up for airport was 21:00. Next occupants were not arriving until the following day at 15:00. For a small charge we could have used the apartment on our departure day, communication is key in this area. Overall we had a brilliant time and will recommend. Kind regards, Martin Johnstone, Scotland.

Your arrival instructions changed because we changed our management / cleaning company and therefore your local contact details were different. The new company met you on arrival at the apartment and showed you in - hopefully you felt that was a very good service.
Normally you could stay as late as you like but there was somebody arriving the same afternoon you departed so we had no choice but ask you to stick to the advertised 10am checkout.
I hope you come and visit our apartment again.

An excellant holiday all round. From the collection to dro p off, everything went very smoothly. The appartment was lovely clean and spacious,with everything you needed and more for a great holiday.The pool area very close and well maintained, with plenyt of free sun loungers which was a bounus.it was only a stroll down the hill to all the amenities and beach. Had a fab time and would recommend this appartment to our friends and family.

My "good" rather than "excellent" for value was based on the fact that there were only 2 of us. For a larger number it would have been better value. The facilities were excellent and the location was convenient to town etc. It may be useful to mention there was a fair slope up the road to the Apartment, but please note we are in the higher age bracket !

I could not describe the short stroll from the beach to the apartment as anything more than a gentle slope and for a mountainous island like Tenerife that's pretty good going!

arrival instructions caused concern as they were changed 4 times just before we were due to arrive so we were fairly unsure , but upon arrival we collected the keys from the apartment upstairs so all was fine. the apartment is very spacious and well presented with all the home comforts you would need and more .the terrace overlooking the pool is fantastic . the complex is immaculately kept . the location was excellent . we would definitely recommend to family and friends and wouldnt hesitate in booking again ourselves . all-in-all , a great apartment in a great complex and location !!!
