Spacious, airy and light and in lovely surroundings

The villa over looks a golf course and is situated in a quiet area but also within easy reach of all amenities. There is a large private shared pool. There are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. If you want a relaxing beach holiday, there is, only 10 15 minutes drive away the town of Guardamar which offers you a luxurious sandy beach with palm trees and sea front restaurants. If you are looking for a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10-15 minutes drive away. The city of Alicante is approximately an hour away by car. Within walking distances are the quaint Spanish villages of Rojales and Benijofar with cafes, restaurants and weekly street markets. There are two supermarkets withina few minutes walking distance. Also within easy reach is the Aqua Park which is ideal for the whole family

The villa is light and airy. Facilities in the house include DVD player, English TV, hi-fi, washing machine, hob, microwave with grill and fridge freezer. Air conditioning available. Sleeps upto 7 people. There is a court yard for dining and a large solarium for relaxing and sunbathing. It is a place where you can have a lovely comfortable and relaxing holiday or an active golfing holiday. Real log fire for xmas and breaks in the cooler months.

The pool is a private communal pool. Patio area for shaded dining and a large solarium for sunbathing and dining. Also a garden at the front with small table and chairs.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Lovely villa in a great location. Very close to Guadamar Beaches and local facilities. The owner Naz was very attentive and replied to all queries immediately. The lady who lives opposite the villa (Shirley) looked after us during our stay, was always on hand for help and advice without being intrusive (thanks). If I had any criticisms I would have to say that all the beds were very firm which we all found uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. Also the villa did not have an oven only a hob and micro wave. It would have been nice to have a BBQ provided so we could have enjoyed the lovely roof terrace to its full potential. But apart from that a lovely week in a lovely property. Thanks Naz.

The villa was clean and well equiped.With a lovely roof terrace with a nice view of the golf course.The villa was nice and roomy with in easy ditance of bars and resturants.
