The Apartment
A lovely sunny 3 bedroom penthouse with huge sun terraces!
Ideal for families with children, or a larger mixed or same sex group.
All rooms have air-conditioning, and from the back terrace you can enjoy very quiet evenings, and during the day even an unexpected sea view!
The Lounge:
The living room is situated on the top floor and has a comfortable sofa which turns into a sofa bed, 2 arm chairs and a wonderful 37" LCD television.
The complex has a shared satellite system, so in the apartment one can enjoy approx. 100 different television channels of which a large part are in the English language and music & news channels.
The Kitchen:
This also situated on the top floor and is an open plan kitchen, but not in immediate sight from the living area....so no need to put the dishes away immediately!
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, a fridge/freezer, and a micro wave, furthermore there is an array of glasses, cups, cutlery & crockery.
The Master bedroom:
This is the largest bedroom of the penthouse and is situated at first floor level. It has a free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers for your clothes and personal belongings.
The double bed has a comfortable mattress and a change of sheets is available as well.
This bedroom also holds a small hotel fridge....in case you dont want to go upstairs for your drink.
The master bedroom has a large terrace which overlooks one of the green areas of the complex.
The Twin Bedroom:
This bedroom is also situated at first floor level and has 2 single beds with comfortable mattresses. Also here is a change of sheets available.
The twin bedroom is situated at the rear side of the complex, and its balcony overlooks a quiet villa park and very quiet road (no traffic at all!)
The Single bedroom:
This bedroom is also situated at first floor level and has no balcony. The room holds a single bed with comfortable mattress (change of sheets available) and a fitted wardrobe and hanging storage cabinets.
The owners have young children, so plenty of (pool) toys are around.
The Bathrooms & Toilets:
The penthouse has a total of 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
1 bathroom is ensuite and connected to the master bedroom. It holds a toilet, a shower with corner cubicle and a wash basin with mirror.
The other bathroom has a bath tub with shower, shower screen, a toilet and also a wash basin with mirror.
The separate toilet is situated at the top floor next to the living area.
The Sun Terraces:
The penthouse has 2 very large sun terraces, one is on the west side and one on the east. So no sun minutes are going to waste!!
You can move with your sun loungers from the back terrace in the morning to the front terrace in the afternoon.....full sun from dawn to dusk!
The Complex
Cornellia Village 2 is a medium sized complex with only four blocks and 32 homes in total.
There is a large communal pool with jacuzzi and childrens section, green areas to kick the ball around or to have a bbq, and manned security at night times.
On the complex is a nice mix of permanent foreign and Turkish residents, together with holiday makers. The caretaker is friendly and extremely helpful, and understands more English than he shows!
The care taker is on site and walks his security rounds all night, usually he will be available for any house emergencies after 12.00 PM.
The complex is located close to the new marina road, and the main beach is a 5 min. mini bus ride away.
Mini busses pass at the main road (3 mins on foot)
