Home Description

This house is rather different from the normal style on this particular island of Kea. It is rather up market, both in taste and style.

You will be inspired by the continued enchanting feeling that one is living with the deep blue sea and ever changing ‘sky’. It is a big comfortable house with the accent on ‘cozy’. All around you, you will see books, pictures and various ”nic-nacs” of beauty – perhaps for the conasor!!!

The house gives very much the incentive to comfort or laziness, with balconies at the front that seem to be one with the sea, and in the back a walled enclosed garden for privacy, sun, flowers and shady trees, and of course, that lazy buzzing of bees.

Two large sitting rooms – perhaps children downstairs and parents up!! TV in most rooms, music at hand ao tond all mood cons, books, books galor!

There are three bedrooms with en-suit bathrooms, one with two single beds and two with double beds and the sitting room downstairs easily sleeps two if required, altogether 7-8 people sleeps comfortably in this enormous house.

There are two kitchens, one large and roomy kitchen upstairs and a smaller kitchen downstairs.


Location
The villa is located in the area of Kastriani. There is a monastiry quite close to the house. It has a beautiful panoramic view over the sea and most of Keas North side.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a garden, a patio area, a balcony. If you are driving there is private parking.
