Charming detached villa with good views of the bay and the located close to the rocky seashore. The garden has flowers, trees.The pool is surrounded by a panoramic terrace with space to laze in the sun or lunch by the BBQ area. Villa Ship is found in Torre delle Stelle in the south-east of Sardinia, about 20 km from Cagliari and 15 from Villasimius, a pleasant village set in hill and valley overlooking the sea and surrounded by woods. Tranquillity, relaxation and amusement are on offer. There are in all about 1.200 villas of which only a very small number are rented out. The area has 2 beaches with the whitest of sand, the sea is cristall blue and the area has longest summer in the whole island. In fact the climate is very agreeable all year round. These beaches are ideal for children because the water gets deeper very gradually. Besides having general food stores Torre delle Stelle has restaurants, a pizzeria, a caffè/bar, tennis courts, football pitch, a diving school , a nautical club and other water sports facilities. The boat house is a family house with stunning sea views. It is paired with a fantastic view over the Golfo degli Angeli, large outdoor spaces and terraces, and shaded tiles where you can eat.
