  • A very special living experience! The house, respectively the part of the house used for renting with 157 sqm usable space, consists of 3 bedrooms, each can accommodate 2 persons. Beds for children can be provided. A big bathroom with bath and Jacuzzi, as well as a utility room in the first floor are available. In the ground floor you can find the spacious living room (approx. 45 sqm), the comfortable live-in kitchen and a guest toilet. Next to the underfloor heating in the ground floor and the bathroom there is panel heating in the walls of the bedrooms, which attributes to a high living comfort. The natural materials create an excellent indoor climate that is characterized by coolness during the summer and warmth during the winter. Also the big surfaces on the wall constructions attribute immensely to the ideal indoor climate. A daily room service can be arranged for a additional fee.
