This luxurious Golf Villa is situated on Secret Valley Golf resort and enjoys an open outlook to the surrounding mountains and to the sea. The property enjoys a quiet situation only a few minutes from the developments entrance. The development is ideally situated to enjoy golf and the accompanying facilities(on 2 courses), local village life (Kouklia, Mandria, Pissourri) and the exploration of Paphos, Limassol and surrounding Troodos mountains.

Both the interior and exterior have been designed and finished tastefully with above average inclusions throughout. The villa is fully air-conditioned with modern furnishings, fittings, appliances and extras such as dishwasher, large stone built BBQ, Wireless Internet and satellite TV which have all been carefully planned and provided for a stress free, all taken care of holiday where you can simply relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.


The main living accommodation of the villa is between 2 floors, with living room, dining area, kitchen and cloakroom downstairs and all 3 bedrooms, en-suite to master bedroom, family bathroom and a balcony with panoramic sea views upstairs.

Outside there is a generously sized and private colourful garden (with luxurious loungers, parasols and other furniture to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle) surrounding a clear blue swimming pool (with roman steps) for your leisure. A long private driveway with gates leads to the front of the house and also to the rear, where sun terraces provide shade and overlook the pool. Views can be gained to the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains from most areas of the villa.


The Development and Golf
Secret Valley, is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations. Consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the islands visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment Secret Valley really is a must for golfing enthusiasts worldwide.

The development is conveniently situated for visits to the islands other golf courses including Aphrodite Hills which is but 2 km away and the newly refurbished Tsada (20 mins drive). The popular villages of Pissouri and Kouklia are but a few minutes drive and the main towns of Paphos and Limassol can be reached in under half an hour.

Local (not busy) Beaches can easily be reached at ‘Petra Tou Romiou’, Pissouri, Avdimou in one direction and Coral Bay and Lara in the other.

Further details of golf can be found at www.cyprusgolf.com and www.aphroditehills.com. Aphrodite Hills is also home to one of the best spa’s in the whole of Paphos. Gym classes run daily and for approx €40 euros per month, you can use all facilities and take classes free of charge.

Above Secret Valley itself, lies the road to the Troodos Mountains and Cedar Valley. The route is peppered with other small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodites Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.


Paphos
Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Pauls Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going West from Paphos, there is Coral Bay with its European Blue Flag beach, then the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, where there is then Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes and cleaning on a weekly basis (10-28 night stays). Air-Conditioning is included in the rental price as is a welcome pack of basic essentials and wine for your arrival.**
