Located on Evia Island, 1 hour driving from Athens (bridge included, no need of ship), Villa Paliouras offers an unique experience of family vacations. Also is suitable for complete privacy for couples or married people.
Our villa is located in 20 acres of private land, including olive trees, vegetable farming land as well as our private production of fresh eggs.
In the rental price, fresh chicken eggs and vegetables are included for your everyday breakfast. Visitors can go every morning and pick up their own food for their breakfast.

Private Swimming Pool in Nature
Swim in the pool and relax along viewing the full of planted hills around the Villa. It reminds us the beautiful area of Toscany, but in Greece.

The cleaning of the swimming pool is included in the price.

the property is located actually near Athens, only about 50' drive.
Also the villa is near to the Evripus Phenomenon happening in Chalkida.
If you would like to visit Acropolis you can go by car in about 1 hour drive.
Helicopter pad is located only 5mins away.

There is also constructed a new highway from Chalkis to the center of Athens.
You can go to Chalkis in 20' and then drive to Athens in 40 approcimately.
