The third bedroom which is on the ground floor, is ideal for older children, parents or in-laws.
It's a self contained unit with a twin bedroom, kitchen/sitting room and shower.
There is a large 10m by 4m private pool with sunbeds.
Outside there are several terraces and a barbecue area.

The covered naya has table and chairs, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the extensive views across the valley.

Situated in the quiet location of La Fustera, our villa is ideally situated for the beautiful local beaches. The natural sandy beach of La Fustera, is a five minute walk away, has an EC blue flag award and is ideal for families. It also has easy access by road and ample parking. Cala del Pinets a tranquil cove with clear water is a further 300 metres away and excellent for swimming and snorkeling.

Sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis and scuba diving can be found nearby.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Lovely villa, nice quiet area and close to both Calpe and Moraira. Pool was fantastic and the amenities in the Villa were spot on. Nights were very warm and some fans available in the villa would have been a great help. Had a brilliant week there and would definately use again though. Really happy with the decision to book and will definately recommend to friends and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely villa. Very peaceful location, lovely family friendly beach nearby and the villa itself exceeded all our needs, with a large private pool, secluded patio and a great view from the terrace. Only a 15 minute drive into Moraira for lots of great restaurants and shops. The only thing this property could benefit from is air conditioning - very hot at night. Apart from this we couldnt have asked for a better location for a week in the sun. Loved it.

We thought that the property was very good and was perfectly situated for our needs. The area was wonderfully quiet which added to our relaxing stay. The pool and patio area are a perfect sun trap for the sun lovers as we are. The draw backs were that our satalite card did not work so TV was none existant and no DVD player for evenings entertainment, the biggest draw back was no air conditioning, however, I did know there was no air conditioning and accepted that when booking but it would add to comfort at night. Overall we thought our stay was wonderful who needs TV anyway?

The villa is extremely quiet, we had wonderful unbroken sleep, day, and night! The pool was excellent, and large. The villa it's self is adequite in size for our family of 5, without using the flat below the villa, which was included in the price. It is also very well situated for Calpi, and Morairia, which has a great market on a Friday. I would definitely recommend the Villa to friend, as i would expect to be going there again. Thanks for a great Hoilday!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic location - Lovely beach - fabulous villa. Could not ask for anything else... Spent many an hour relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sunshine!! Great family orientated restuarants within walking distance of the villa. Brilliant value for money - definatly recommend booking this villa in-fact would book again for next year!!

I liked the fact that it was quiet, secluded but within a few minutes walk you were actually in a very nice clean bay, which must be a plus for children. The area is very pretty and relaxing. Pool was good and safe.
