Casa Nueve is a two story house with a sun terrace situated in the charming setting of Ibiza’s old town, Dalt Vila. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic holiday or those looking for a quiet location that is still only minutes away from the buzzing streets of Ibiza town and a short taxi journey from some of the greatest night clubs in the world.
The ground floor has a spacious living area and kitchen / dining area. The living area has music system on which you can play CDs, radio with an IPOD dock and socket for other MP3 players. There is also a lovely bathroom which has some the actual rock of Ibiza featured in the wall!
The second floor is a good size bedroom with a double bed, French windows and comfy seating areas. There are air conditioning units on both floors to ensure you keep cool during the hot summer months!
Finally you come to the terrace with stunning views of Ibiza Town harbour and the surrounding countryside. There is a seating area and dining table and chairs on the terrace too if you fancy candlelit dinners or sunny breakfasts al fresco. Two sun loungers are also in place if you want to top up your tan without leaving the house! If it is beaches you are after you only have to pop down to the harbour and jump on a small charming ferry boat to take you to Talamanca beach on the other side of the port or take a stroll around the castle walls to take you down to the lovely beaches at Figueretes.


Dalt Vila / Ibiza Town
Dalt Vila is the old town of Ibiza town that you will see on many of the postcards of Ibiza. It is a designated UNESCO World Heritage site and still retains much of the original charm of the old Ibiza it is actually the oldest European fortress city still intact today. Within the walls of Dalt Vila you will find the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Snows, the Ibiza Archaeology Museum and the Ibiza Museum of Contemporary Art. Walk down the steps at the end of the street and you find yourself in Plaza del Sol with its beautiful restaurants. Down another narrow typically Ibizan street and you find yourself in the Placa de Vila with even more charming al fresco restaurants.

Once you head down through the main entrance to Dalt Vila across the ancient drawbridge you will find yourself in the buzzing nightlife of Ibiza town with bars restaurants and shops galore! People watch from any of the many bars or just stroll around and soak up the atmosphere.
