Your dream villa absolute beachfront

Welcome to Krabi and Haad Yao (Long Beach) .Krabi is known for it´s beautiful landscape and nice beaches. And also countless natural attractions that always impress tourist. Attractions like white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, coral reefs, caves, hot springs and waterfalls, as well as numerous islands. Krabi also have it´s massive limestone karsts, rising vertiginously out of the flat rice fields on land and as islands from the sea.

Haad Yao (Long Beach) is a new area that just start to be developed. It´s a 20 km long beach that you can walk around 13 km and the rest is mangrove forest. This area is very local and peaceful, if you want to be alone with family or friends. You can bike around and meet local people, look at the fisherman village, canoeing in the mangrove forest or take a Long Tail boat to nearby island such us Koh Jum, Koh Poda, KOh Chicken and Koh Siboya.
If you interested in what the local doing why not visit the men who build all the Long Tail boats that fishermen and tourist transport using.

Haad Yao (Long Beach) area only provide local shops and some restaurant at the resort and some real local restaurant. We have our own restaurant Mor Annas Restaurant and also Saowarot Spa in the compound Village. But more restaurants and bars on the way.

Our Villa…….
Our Villa is located ABSOLUTE beachfront and is a 3 bedroom villa with air condition in every room so you can have a nice sleep.

Master bedroom have a king size bed and with full view over the Andaman sea. Also it´s own master bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and double basin.

The other 2 bedroom have separate beds and share one bathroom and there is also a guest toilette in the hall.
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas and electric hob, Owen, Side by Side refrigerator with ice machine. Of course we also have a separate wine cellar and coffee maker.

In the living room your have satellite TV and DVD if your want to look at a movie in the night or let the children see some cartoon. The whole house and also the outdoor area have FREE WiFi internet so you can check your email and connect to the rest of the world.

Outside the villa you have the swimming pool with it´s own jacuzzi facing west so you can lay down and look at the amazing sunset with the islands like PhiPhi island in the front of you.

About Us…
My name is Saowarot Engchuan Andersson and my nickname is Yoon and I´m born in Krabi and have worked in the hotel business for many year. I know run my own real estate development and maintenance company.

This Villa is managed and rented out by Engchuan Enterprise under the name Krabi Holiday Rental. We have around 30 villas that we managed, some of the villas is into the renting program some people stay year around.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, a barbeque.

This place was very nice. Of course the setting, the house, the pool, everthing was great (except the beach where we couldnt even walk on it because there is so much garbage and junk). But what made this place so nice was the quality of the staff looking after us. Nana, Tom and and the cleaning ladies make the 5 stars of this place. Anything we needed or something wasnt working, they were there in a blink of an eye, with a big smile. That was the best part. Thank you Nana and team for everything.

Regarding the beach, we do cleaning at our villa, but as the area is still new and undeveloped, quite and not much people or business around, and we are trying our best to keep this area beautiful and clean.
