The furnished covered naya (patio) leads directly onto the 42 square metre terrace with private kidney shaped pool and barbeque. Views from this area are stunning. Sun beds are provided to complement the outdoor barbeque table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Denia and Javea are a short 10-15 minutes drive away and both have been awarded the prestigious "Blue Flag" award for cleanliness and safety.
Golf
There are a number of Golf Courses within the area, eg. Oliva Nova, La Sella, Javea - all of which are within easy reach.
Travel
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are an hours drive away from the Villa.
Distances
The town of Pedregeur with its variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away. The bustling resort of Javea is a short 10-15 minutes drive and the port of Denia with its unspoiled character just the same distance.

Close by are the beautiful and lush Jalon and Orba valleys with their charming villages surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves. The "Aqualandia" Water Theme Park, the "Mundomar" Animal Water Park and the "Terra Mitica" Family Theme Parks provide a great family day out.

Fiestas
There is something for everyone to do here, from siesta to fiesta, a stroll on the beach or a run with the bulls.
Pedreguer is the gateway to the beautiful Orba valley famous for its orange groves but is only 20 mins. drive from beaches of Denia and Javea. Situated close to the motorway there is easy access to Valencia to the north and the theme parks and bustling nightlife of Benidorm to the south.
Fiestas occur at different times throughout the summer in almost every town. The Fallas are the most important fiestas in the region of Valencia and are held between 15-19 March. Throughout the summer many towns hold Moors and Christians festivals. Pedreguer holds its festival from 15-16 July. Also in July there is the running of the bulls.
