The farm house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Just a line to say thank you for providing 4 generations of our family with a magnificent " Home" in Tuscany,namely LA LOGGIA close to the Village of Licciana Nardi for our family holiday. The property was breath taking in its excellence and we could not help but relax and enjoy its sheer beauty and with it the surrounding Tuscan countryside . The pool area was in constant demand and your attentive staff made sure it was always in tip top condition. Whilst we enjoyed the meals in the courtyard we also found 7 Tuscan restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The thoughtful owners had placed alarge screen t.v. with sky and the toddlers ,when tired enjoyed boomerang before bedtime We all search for quality and rely on promises in most things and our 2 weeks in Tuscany certainly delivered. Same time, definitely same place next year, Again thank you to all concerned Mr and Mrs Elliott, children, grand children and great grandchildren

The property was clean with beautiful interior, very spacious with english T.v. and all could need in the kitchen. The swimming pool is excellent and above average size, there a plenty of sun beds, and a warm shower by pool side, there was also a pogada with seating for about 10 on the pool side. the views are really lovely, We went in June and had some mixed weather, but the veranda was an ideal place to eat sheltering you from the rain and also the sun on really hot days. there is a lovely ice cream shop in the village (home made) and cheap, coffee 1Euro ice cream starts at 1 Euro. you do need a car to get around but there are some great places to see. The train station in Aulla will take you to Florence,Lucca or any nearby seaside town for just a few euros. Will be going back next year.
