Boutique Villa

These beautiful Boutique Villas are detached and private with lovely communal gardens ideally suited to those looking for more than just a Hotel room or Condo. The Villas are Modern and tasteful with all the conveniences you would expect. There are cool terraces offering a nice shaded area to sit and read or just relax in the beautiful surroundings. If guests would like to dine Alfresco there are allocated dinning areas for each Villa in the lovely tropical gardens. Adjacent to the Villas is a large communal pool with sun terraces and loungers great for cooling off in the heat of the day.
This property is ideally suited to couples / 2 + 1 although the property can accommodate 4 people.
The property is located in the village of Huay Yai which is on a "Baht Bus" route to to town. The village offers local bars and eateries and some western eateries. There is a large impressive "Wat" (Temple) which has a weekly market for your food and local goods. There are also daily markets locally with lots of tourist attractions within a short distance :> The Floating Market / Dolphin Show / Alangkarn cultural show / Fruit Market / Nong Nooch /
Golden Buddha Mountain / Silver lake and the soon to be completed water park ++++++++.

Towels and bed linen are changed every 4th day

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

I enjoyed my stay at cool boutique villa, it was secluded and peace full. Only complaint was that a fair way from , shops and Pattaya . Unless I had own transport, it was a hassle to get a taxi and local bus service , did not run after 6pm.
