An immaculate 2 bed apartment, very well furnished and equipped and just 5 minutes from Villamartin Plaza and close to many golf courses.

Location
The apartment is on a small complex of properties and is situated in Villamartin area, a quiet residential area within 5 minutes walk of shops, bars and restaurants. It is just short 5 minutes drive to the Villamartin Plaza which boasts a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops catering for most tastes and budgets.

The Pool
There is a wonderful swimming pool with child’s pool in the centre of the development which forms the hub of this small community. A number of the properties are permanently occupied by ex-pats making local information readily available and a very friendly environment. Although certainly not isolated, we do recommend car hire to make full advantage of all the local area and it’s amenities. The apartment caters for 4 people dining.

It is tastefully furnished to a very high specification throughout comprising of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and lounge/diner with kitchen area. The apartment also benefits from hot/cold air conditioning.

Bedroom 1 – Double bed with built in wardrobe plus bedside drawers and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 – 2 x single beds with bedside drawers and air conditioning.

Family bathroom with bath and shower over, bidet, toilet and sink.
Lounge with a two seater leather sofa and hot/cold air conditioning.

Dining area with table to seat 4.
Kitchen includes oven with separate hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster , crockery and cutlery for 4

Sleeping :
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total 1 double, 1 twin. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General :
The apartment has 1 bathrooms. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

Eating & living :
There is room for 2 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
